I know that the 3 stars seem odd with everything else so good. The hostess was not nice. I have had multiple back surgeries and usually sit in a booth for the extra cushion. When my wife and I were seated, the hostess asked if this table would be good. My wife explained the situation and asked if we could sit at a nearby booth. The hostess literally rolled her eyes and gave a grunt. Then put us at the booth and marched away. It was not a great experience. The food was good, though, and the waitress was very nice.

I love the fact that you have so many options. It was on the level of being one of the best burgers I have ever had. Bad Daddy Sauce is some really good BBQ sauce. Their house ranch is tasty too. Goes well with house chips. We will surely dine again.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. Was seated around 6:15, table of 4, was seated promptly. Took 10 minutes to even get greeted at the table. Immediately put in food and drink upon being greeted. Half of the tables food came out almost 45 minutes after ordering. The other half never came out until we flagged down multiple workers. Silverware was never given to us after food came out. Manager compensated half the party who did not receive food which was generous of him. However our group came in a few days earlier and we were never greeted after being seated for almost 20 minutes so we got up and left. I hope they can improve on their efficiency. We are out of towners but will never visit this location again.

Ordered online said it would be ready at 8:32 we got our food at 9:02! On top of an extra 30 min wait, I watched an employee prepare my food with no gloves. As he poured my fries into my to-go box I watched him touch my fries…. 4 for be exact and put them back in the box they fell out of. Then I guess he forgot we were behind him he proceeded to EAT 3 of my fries left over in the bowl he poured it from. I wanted to say something but it was already a 30 min wait … it was only 5 tables seated. Didn’t want to be the angry black guy tonight but that’s horrible service I should have went off but I just wanted to eat and go to sleep.

Date night and first-time experience went in at about 8:30 Sunday night. It's a great restaurant with good food. We stood in the waiting area for several minutes, but it was late in the evening, so we eventually sat at the bar best service! The atmosphere was much-needed and relaxing.

Absolutely the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Huge! Great service and with the food quality it’s no wonder why the place was packed even after the lunch hour. We got right in and seated and had a great meal. Lots to do off this exit but if you want a great burger place make sure to choose this one.
