Went on a Wednesday early evening. Choose the back patio. It was so much Poland we ask the waiter to help wipe down the tables( large party) he brought us A DRY TOWEL! Then ask for him to ASSIST US WIPING DOWN THE TABLES HE BROUGHT US A RED SQUARE BUCKET WITH COLD WATER AND 1 more TOWEL!We cleaned, we swept the floors because of napkins and straw wrappings we ask for a dustpan, he brought one and walked out! Never to assist us.The food was cold fries was hard my burger was DRY!Checking out each one of us had an additional charge for a unknown drink item on our bill which made checking out terrible. He wasn’t friendly and clearly didn’t know how to handle large parties.Never again will I go there!

Ordered a chicken sandwhich and wings. My sandwich was brought out 5 minutes before my husband's wings. Ordered 6 wings and only got 5; they did correct it after bringing it to the attention of the waiter. Fries with the sandwich were pretty pathetic. Had to wait quite a while for the waiter to pay the tab.

Missing multiple things from my order, called the store and asked to speak to the manager, was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up, never again will I be ordering from here. Also please paint over the giant swastika you have drawn over your men's bathrooms. Disgusting.

2024 update: Again, this was once me and my friend favorite restaurant. I'm talking we went 3 times a week. They no longer sale buffalo chips, which was my main reason for going. The chips set it aside from basic fries. They did a horrible thing when they removed the chips. I now go maybe once a year, if that. The buffalo chips were EVERYTHING!!This was my favorite restaurant when it was beside the rave theatre, but then it closed down. So then i would travel towards Birmingham Alabama to go to BWW there and it was AMAZING!!!!! We now have one in montgomery again in front of Eastchase shopping center and i must say that this no longer my favorite restaurant. The apitizers come out with the meal which defeats the purpose of it, the chicken is so hard it scratches your gums, there was hair in my chicken once, but the manager was nice about it, the tv is too loud, and it's freezing cold. I want to love this restaurant again.

HORRIBLE!!! EVERYTHING was cold. All of our food came out at different times. Two people's wings came out with no fries or ranch. 6 minutes later the kids meal came out. 8 minutes later the last person's boneless wings arrived. Nothing was fresh. Will NEVER be back. Writing this in the parking lot as soon as I walked out. Oh and the $9 fried pickle appetizer was one single pickle sliced up and fried & arrived at the same time as the first two meals but with no dipping sauce. And the orders of fries (which were extra) were like a size small at McDonald's and also cold.And to top it all off there was a horrific smelling raw sewage leak in the woman's bathroom. The smell was unbearable and coming from the wet floors & vents. Just save your $100 and go to Wingstop guys.

In Montgomery is hard to find a place to eat steak house always have 45 to 1 hour wait time so we just go to this restaurant and get a table in less than 10 minutes coold beer margaritas are good mango habanero wings my favorite all American cheese burgers is delicious service always good.Parking: Big parking lot I think parking lot needs more lighting
