I stopped at this location on Sunday, March 5, 23. This was the absolute worst customer service experience. The young brown skin girl with the blonde lakefront wig was very rude, my food was cold and I felt rushed. The lady working the drive-thru gets on the loudspeaker at drive thru and yells, "come order at the second window. I get there she's looking at me angerly and says order here. This lady did not greet me, thank me, give correct condiments requested, or give a receipt. I not sure why she was upset, but I will not stop at this location again.

Went through the drive thru this morning. Trash all over the lot as usual but the dead turtle next to the building about 100 feet from the window was too much. Looked like it was maliciously killed, not ran over. Yes it was a dead turtle. Doesn't anyone walk around the lot? The girl in the drive through window had to have seen it. Very sad and disgusting.

We don't often rate fast food places, but this one needs the thumbs up. Given what appeared to be a staff shortage - an all-too-common issue these days - they were still polite, relatively prompt, and got the order right. BK food is never "memorable", and the increasing prices make it less so, but that is a universal challenge for the fast food industry, so this restaurant shouldn't be faulted for that. When the staff is friendly and helpful and gets the order correct, THAT deserves a comment. Thank you!
They closed around 8. Even though it says they ate open till 12. I even called to make sure they were still open and they said they were only to get there for them to tell me they were closed. Very upset.

Very unprofessional. I went to go get food for me and my kids, I waited 15 to 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect and cold. The night manager refuse to remake my order and when I complained to the 2nd window cashier she called her family as if they was going to hurt me. I recommend that no one.
