I was trying to figure out if this was a 4 or 5 star location. After visiting other locations, this is the only 5 star in town. I been to 5or so locations now, even tried the one up the road (rude as all get out and not worth it) and now I know without a doubt this is the bestFood is ok, it is fast food. The customer service is the best. Kind to my kids, even at late hrs. Has a play place, clean, and honestly, a shame that more people are not going. They are always smiling when I see them. Needs more love

Drive thru... Great folk working here. The young lady sang my order back to me.. that was cool... But good lawd they want a lot of money for the food.

Hey idk if the owners know this or not but I've never seen this any where. Several days I have been by here at different times of the day. And this place will just be closed or no one will ever come to the intercom on the drive through. I ain't trying it anymore. If ur losing money this is why.

Arrived this morning about 9:50 a.m. and set at the drive-thru about 2 minutes before anybody even came to the speaker. Ordered three sausage croissants one minute drive through could not find it on the menu called the manager he finally came up to the window and showed her how to do it. Then she asked me to pull up and I'm still waiting on my food it is now 9:55 very poor service and no one seems to realize it's a fast food restaurant

We went through the drive thru (a coworker wanted Burger King). We waited in line to have our order taken at the speaker for about 10 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes to get our food. The person taking our order and the person at the window sounded sick and sniffly. They did have a mask on, but they touched their mask twice during the payment transaction. She was also a little irritable and seemed angry with us when we asked for ranch. Not very good customer service. But my coworker was happy with her food. Also, the parking lot and outside of the building did not look very well kept.

Is this place hiring convicts doing credit card fraud? Do not go here you mayl be robbed. Look at my picture to see the proof. I'm not sure how they did it but this was a mobile order, it makes you think you have change on a BK Card. This is how fraudsters connect to your account and load another BK Card. The cashier couldn't pull up a mobile order. This may be a corporate problem and not this store particularly. Alabama Gov. Ivey is hiring convicts to cook in restaurants for minimum wages and taxes them 40%. This is dangerous legislation, please go vote for decency. Don't use the BK App!

Burger order was not right but taking tomato off was easy. The drive through was very slow but server was really nice and friendly.

Went in with one customer already waiting on order. Waited five minutes for someone to take my order. About five minutes later another customer came in and he waited around five minutes to give his order. Okey we're at 15 minutes now. First customer finally got his order and had to come to the counter three times to get his fries, the request was answered with "they are cooking". Fries came up. He then had to come back for another fry that they missed. I'm still waiting. The fries came up again. The first customer got his and then the customer that came in after me, his order was handed to him. He had two whoppers and two fries and two drinks. I had ordered two jr's and two fries. I asked the employee why he received his order and I did not. Had to tell them what I ordered again because they had already wiped it from the screen so the long wait would not be recorded. After standing there for a least 20 to 30 minutes and watch a person that came in after me leaving with his order, did I have a right to get upset and tell them "just give me my money back"? I realize sometimes you have to wait these days but this was ridiculous. Not the first time I've had to wait in this location but it's close and I give the benefit of the doubt but this was ridiculous and very trying on patients. I would not go back to this location if I was starving and nothing else was open. They need to close it down or get competent people to work in it. Oh in by the way, not even a apology or other consideration for another visit. What ever happened to customer service? This happened Wednesday the 4th of October 2023 started at around 6pm and I left at 6:40.
