I ordered the $5 whopper jr duo. They rang me up for 3 different burgers. The manager said she would be over shortly. She refunded me $1, the extra burger was $3+. I tried to tell her she still owed me money, but she just got upset and started getting loud, trying to embarrass me. So I just told her to have a good day, she was still fussing as i walked out the door. Over all the customer service has been terrible for a very long time, but customers are the reason that location is still open. They need to be retrained on customer service and conflict resolution.

Got off work after 8pm and was able to get a good hot meal. Fries and chicken sandwich was made fresh to order. Drive thru wait time was under 6 minutes. Worth the wait. Service was great with friendly smiling faces.

The service is extremely slow, you sit in the drive thru for over 10 min before they take your order. And then you sit another 10 min just to get the food. And no one is hardly there. You can barley understand them. There was garbage everywhere. Then when you finally get to the window, the receipt machine is not working. Was given the food but nothing was said. My son ordered a patty melt and the bread was not even toasted/grilled. My original chicken sandwich was dry. Will not be returning to that location.

This place is disgusting!! Dirty ,2 people in there, MrsBruce was rude and kept picking things off the floor and then putting orders in the bag. Fries were cold , and buns on the burger were dry ,hard and cold!! Nasty, we threw them out and went somewhere else. Someone needs to go on here like a district manager ,GM ,someone from corporate, and do something. Review security tapes!!!! Burger King is going down the toilet. No recipe either.

It was a roach in my fry box the service was horrible it was bugs in the bag all over the place it was a ant in my Fanta I rate this place 0/10 10/10 don't recommend.They claimed the the ice cream machine was down and when I walked in I saw a customer drinking a Oreo milkshake. The ambiance no one in the kitchen worked hard I think that this Burger King should be shut down forever and the person that takes the orders in the drive thru lane should be fired .
