This is not a full Chick-fil-A location, this is a Chick-fil-A Express in the RSA Tower, but with that being said, this crew works hard to keep up with a lot of state employees and tourists that stay in the nearby hotels. It can get very busy during peak breakfast and lunch times, so I recommend ordering via the app unless you are killing time. The staff is always polite and helpful and I visit this restaurant several times a week and, after a year of working in the building, I am still not tired of Chick-fil-A ?
