I came in to try out Chick Fil A’s new chicken recipe when I was met with a putrid stench. As I gazed towards the counter, I saw an employee named Johnathan standing in the middle of a thick green cloud. I immediately lost my appetite and threw up in my mouth. He had sweat dripping from every crevice in his body. Not to mention the brown stained teeth with flies living in the cracks. I recommend a health specialist come inspect the hygiene of this facility. 5 more minutes in that building and Johnathan’s stench would’ve made me combust.

There was a guy named Johnathan working at the counter and I got a horrendous whiff of his odor. My nose hairs literally burned off has I smelled this guy. I nearly threw up all over the soda machine. I could see green stink waves coming out of his mouth. I would not go here the hygiene is not up to standard at all!

Ever since they remodeled this location it has been on a steady and consistent decline. Their customer service is terrible!!! In the last month alone I have had 3 different incidents where they either got my order wrong or said that I never placed an order when I clearly have a receipt. The manager has a great personality but the staff is lazy, rude and undertrained.

I always have an issue with this location. I came today for my usual breakfast, which was a breakfast burrito and I ordered some chicken minis for my office. The girl at the drive thru acted as if she were in a rush and she wasn’t having a great day but I spoke and simply asked since it was a pretty large order of chicken minis if I could get several packs of hot sauce and 2 salsas for my burrito. She rushed me off saying she’d do it and of course when I get my food there isn’t but ONE salsa in there and NO CONDIMENTS at all for the chicken minis. They always are pretty rude and act as if you forced them into work that day. I won’t be returning to this location. I don’t even think they like people for real.
