I would give this a 0 but that’s not an option. After traveling 13 hours on a road trip, my wife and kids went inside before closing to get ice cream as the kids treat. They chose to use the bathroom first and when they walked up to the counter, it was 9:00 on the dot. All the staff looked at one another and decided to not serve them because they were all too lazy to serve the customer who was already inside the building. This is a very different chick fil a culture than what used to be.L

By far the worst Chick-fil- a I’ve been to. This is not my first time going here, but it’s definitely my last. The service is extremely slow. I arrived at 5:55 and did not receive my order until 6:20. That’s not what I’m used to when it come to other Chick-fil-a’s. I was late for work behind the slowness of the service. Positive was the chicken was decent but if you are in any type of hurry do not come to this location!
