So the food is great! It is always fresh and hot when served to the table. The drinks are fabulous as well. I have no complaint in that department. The only reason I wouldn't come here more often, however, is the service. My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times in the last 6 months, and every time, we are never greeted with kind hostesses. We enjoy going out to eat and having positive dining experience, however, its hard to enjoy it when the hosts and waitresses act rude or like your presence is annoying to them. I do my best to be understanding and kind, but sometimes I feel like a smile and positive attitude would go a long way. The other issue with servers is that they check on their tables very rarely. I never try to blame anyone, but I do feel like this should be acknowledged and addressed by management. It is an ongoing problem and it's devastating that such a great restaurant is tainted with this kind of negative energy.
We didn't even eat our food there. We asked for to go boxes almost immediately after ordering our food and receiving it.Usually when you are paying for food and go into a restaurant you expect a peaceful atmosphere. They had nice music playing place was well kept the hostess was energetic and sweet. Our waiter was was amazing and understanding.My problem is with the cooks and manager. The cooks are blasting music unfit for the environment OVER the already loud music in the store it is one thing to do that at closing or have your music on the radio thats fine. But I am not here to listen to loud trashy phone music blaring against the loud radio music.We complained to the manger and he did nothing. The only one quick to help us out and get us out and pay for our food quickly to leave was James our amazing waiter. He has been there a while and we enjoy him every time we were there in the past. I can say now though i will NEVER be back because of thats how the manager handles customers discomfort and allows the cooks to behave such a way how can I trust that my food is even safe to eat when they have that uncaring behavior? This is just unbelievable.

We were disappointed with the menu, very few vegetarian options to choose from. There was only one entree that was vegetarian out of 20 meat entrees/dishes. Even the salads came with meat. I don't eat animal flesh, and so I don't recommend Chili's to anyone who is also vegetarian/vegan. However, I enjoyed the mac n cheese, the asparagus and broccoli sides, and the cheese quesadillas. Come on, Chili's, it's time to change your tired ? menu. I will add that the staff was very friendly and accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Staff opened the door for us, which was greatly appreciated.

Service is so slow, go somewhere else. Worst place to sit in the bar, and the to to go cars light is shining in the window in a veteran face. Television turned up very loud. United States veterans don't matter at this location. Logans for now on.

We had pleasant experience at Chilli 's. There was a wait, due to low staff, however, our service, food and drinks made up for the wait. It was our server's first time working alone. He gave us a great experience. His name was Omarion, and he is an asset to your team!

my friend and I walked into the restaurant and sat at the bar. I noticed about 8 servers sitting in a booth talking amongst themselves. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes and not one of the employees spoke to us nor were we greeted.The restaurant was empty maybe one guest so I'm not sure why we had no service. Chilis if your wondering why you have no customers, this is possibly why...poor customer service
