Just dropped by for lunch about 1:30. BUSY!!! Placed my order quickly, they even recommended a jalapeno add on that was great. Received my order quickly and everything was hot and delicious. Place is clean and welcoming even if street out front is being repaved. Even with the cones and traffic issues, it was still busy. 4 people in line when I left and no telling how many served While i was there. Best service ever at a Church's Chicken. Gonna pin this one for a revisit next time I pass through.

COUNT YOUR CHICKENS BEFORE YOU LEAVEOrdered two eight peace leg and thigh deals spicy. Didn't mind waiting for the chicken because it's delicious and it will be hot and fresh. We took the chicken on the road. When we arrived at the rest area to enjoy our lunch we discovered each box only contained 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8. Maybe a little more sesame Street would have helped them learn to count. But the chicken we did get was awesome.

I received the wrong chicken waited for the correct. Asked for a sharable frie and was rung up for a regular. Was argued with when I mentioned it. Had to reorder and wait for a sharable. Guess what, my chicken got cold..did they care..of course not. Then didn't receive my large coleslaw. Mentioned it and guess what they did?? Gave me a small cup and a half and said thats all they had. But they wanted that money for that sharable frie that was rung up incorrectly. Then when I talked to Phyllis she told me to come back up there and get my large coleslaw. But I thought thats all you had when I was there?!?! I asked for the GM's name when I called the store and it was her that answered the phone. So you were there when we were treated like this?? She remembered my order she said! Well why didn't you make it right when we were there? She doesn't care about who's coming in there and spending their money. She's a joke! In Central Alabama I've noticed multiple stores have closed. Maybe because of customer service? That's what seems to be the publics concern. Y'all have great food but maybe the wrong people in your stores. I will be waiting on someone to contact me.
