My family and i came and ate today no food was out at lunch time workers and managers back in the back horse playing and plus we had to get our own food which i thought with this covid stuff going on they are suppose to do it dont waste ur time or money i think a 2 year old can do better

My experience at this location was decent ,but the drank machines were awful it’s not my first time using their drink machine but it will be my last. Sweet tea was unsweetened for a week straight probably longer than that. That’s about it though.

Dont put enough topping on the pizza, dont keep enough pizza on the buffet. Mostly bread. When you order a special pizza they said you can only put 4 topping on it. Sucks.

Dropping my score from a previous review as around half the time I come here the whole seating area is taken up by children or other groups of people and there is nowhere to sit making me go somewhere else.

Pizza could have been a little better. But what do you expect for the price. However the staff has no responsive personality what so ever. Only two pizzas on the bar one being buffalo and pepperoni with bell peppers so not very kid friendly while the staff stood around arguing about who was going to straighten boxes. Calling each other names not appropriate for kids I think I shall not be returning to this location.

Good food, clean bathrooms. Just some unhappy workers. There were probably 2 really happy workers. One worker I dealt with is why I only put 4 stars. When I asked for something she stood there and rolled her eyes at me and took forever to answer me and when she finally did answer, her response was "yuh".
So we pop in for a family meal. We have ate here many times. So we arrive at 6:35 and only a couple of tables occupied. However, the pizza on the bar was very limited. After asking, they put out 3 pizzas. We watched them box up a full pan of cinnamon rolls and give to someone who was eating at a table when we came in. Now, I am told they are out of dessert because the prep guy did not come in. Some of the drinks were not working. Get it together and dont lie to customers.

Spent an hour hoping they push out some cinnamon rolls and when they did finally come out they looked way undercooked, the little bit of lettuce left at the salad bar was wet and gross looking and just put the new stuff on top I also find it hard to believe that in a restaurant with so much seating you only have 3 parm shakers, cicis has gone way down hill probably our last visit to one

I love this place and the food is always hot fresh. If I want something and it's not out o the line the entire staff always take great care of me. Astrea is the wonderful young lady that usually works day shift. She always doing above and beyond in customer service. Kiara is the awesome young lady that works the night shift. She is always very pleasant every time I come in or call. A special thank you to the managers for having a great staff. I really appreciate great customer service. Good job Cici's
