Buyer beware!! Terrible customer service, unprofessional team that lies. Food delivery was over an hour late and when I checked on the order status, the store lied multiple times and said the food was about to be delivered.When I cancelled the order, the manager promised a complete refund, but I submitted a negative comment through the Dominoes website. I would not know about the food. We never got the food. The "manager" got upset when I wanted to know where my food was after they reported it delivered (when it wasn't. We all know you're on a clock and you're lying) In a turn of events, the restaurant employee became the KAREN when they not only made fun of me -obviously to gain clout with her staff- but also made fun of my small child who wanted the pizza on the first place. They don't have drivers availablehalf the time, but the front web app you are MADE to navigate, and/or the Central Call Center you are diverted to, don't know that "local" detail. This would be fine if you could just call the relevant location directly, but...you can't. Insult to injury: the Central call center 1) takes FOREVER to answer, and 2) suddenly drops your call! Bottom line: great pizza. But...good luck connecting to it, unless you just give in and DRIVE to pick it up....read full review
