Customer service at best - at closing the person in charge did his best to serve us with 5 minutes of closing time. Other Dunkin donuts normally get grumpy and try to kick you out. This one time at the one located right off of Hwy 231 near TJMaxx was the best.
I had a refill cup so I decided to check out the location. I got a cup of hot coffee, it wasn't good. They forgot my creamer and I had to go back out to the Eastern Blvd to get some. The creamer didn't have a flavor or anything. I also ordered a powdered donut so I can check out the donuts. It was thick. The service was friendly even though they forgot the creamer. I typically LOVE coming to this Dunkin it’s my favorite in the city.. however today was TERRIBLE! They made my cold brew that tasted like there was no sugar or any flavoring in it I asked for it to be remade they made it an issue. Told me to add some sugar packs to it I told them “it’s not going to dissolve it’s a cold coffee” so they made me pay to remake it and added the sugar packets that still have not dissolved … very disappointed in today’s experience.
