I ordered 24 mini cupcakes on Wednesday from Gigi's Cupcakes of Montgomery, Alabama. 12 chocolate and 12 strawberry for Bella to celebrate her birthday @ school with her classmates. This is her first year being able to celebrate at school, as her Pre-K didn't allow outside food and beverages. I needed the cupcakes today at 8am, as both Charlie and I work and Forest Avenue starts at 8:40. He arrives, and they aren't ready and supposedly not in the system. He comes home empty handed, wasting time and gas on an already hectic morning. Around 8:37 the manager calls and explains that the order was put in for Friday, but a note in the order stated Saturday for whatever reason. She tried to call to clarify, but I don't answer unknown numbers and no voicemail was left. When she spoke to the employee, the employee was CERTAIN that the order was for Saturday. She went in early to make the cupcakes and asked if I wanted full sized cupcakes or the minis (like I originally ordered). She stated she wouldn't mind making larger cupcakes without charging me since this entire day/order situation was their fault. At this point, Bella has been checked in "Late" and our work days and schedules have been rocked. I arrive at 10am to get the cupcakes and they're not standard sized, they're the minis. They don't give a discount of any sort or in person apology, but they do provide Bella with one standard cupcake and a candle to enjoy tomorrow. I didn't cause a scene or protest because ultimately I received my order. But as a business, for this to be the resolution you come up with after YOU dropped the ball?? That's not the type I business I invest my time or money in. I will not be doing business here again.$40 for mini cupcakes 2 hours late causing My daughter to be late for school, my partner to be late for work and missing training, and my already full day postponed is not the start to a great 6th birthday. Do better Gigi's.

Customer service horrible. Staff is not knowledgeable on what is offered at this business. Jennifer is extremely unorganized on giving information to staff.

Extremely clean and professional facility. All Cupcakes were delicious and can't wait to get more. I drove 3 hrs to get these and totally worth the money and the drive.

The Gigi's in Montgomery, AL, has never disappointed me! I order from them about once a week. The cupcakes are always delicious, fresh, and well packaged.

The cupcakes always look beautiful. The customer service could have been a little bit better, but overall we had a good experience. We bought the cheesecake in the refrigerated case and it was fantastic.

When i went to gigis the other night Kathleen was my server.she was so nice and was an amazing server.Great hospitality!
Tried all day to order a small cake. Phone was not working, tried sending a message via messenger but got no response. Now today when they answer the phone at 10:30 in the morning I’m told they need 48 hours notice for a cake. Well if you had answered the phone or your messages yesterday it would have been 48 hours! So frustrating! I hope to never need anything from them again!!!

I love GIGI'S cupcakes. Everything I have had from them is so pretty & delicious. Service is always great. I only giving 3 stars due to appearance of my mini Easter cupcakes. I carried them home very carefully. We I opened the boxes all of the 2 dozen cupcakes were disassembled. All the cute toppings were smashed or fell off the cupcakes. Cupcakes were upside down not in there little cup holder. They looked terrible. However it was just family so ate them anyway. They still tasted good.

First time, I'm not impressed! All you taste is the frosting and the cupcake didn't have any flavor. The frosting is almost the same size of the cupcake. However, I gave an extra star for the presentation and the packaging.

I asked if I got some cup cakes could she change a hundred dollar bill.No she said you would have to spend over $50.00. ok it's just me I would have gotten four and gave away three.Calories are not worth it. No wonder everytime zi go in there no one is there and they are not doing anything.Marketing you need to train your employees better. One try everything you could to sell like ask the ppl to go get change or zi just started I don't have that much change on premises etc. Better than you spend 50 which I don't need and I'll do it

I ordered one chocolate cupcake and one red velvet cupcake.. the chocolate one was very dark and chocolate, the frosting was rich and good. the red velvet had cream cheese in the middle. i'm not a fan of red velvet but the chocolate cupcake was better
