There is no communication between management and staff. I went there twice in the same week and they did not have our order even though the manager assured us they would have our order ready. They need to revamp the way they take in orders... here's a suggestion..WRITE IT DOWN AND STICK IT SOMEWHERE YOU CAN SEE IT!!.....We spent over a thousand dollars last year in cookie cakes....I do not recommend this location...very unorganized.

Came by yesterday and they were completely out of pretzel bites. So I called 30 minutes in advance today and ordered some pretzel bites to go. Walked in and the order was ready but we were told to wait in a line that was out of the front door just to pay for the order we called in. Understaffed and not well managed.

Called to inquire about a cake for my nephews birthday, employee was rude and snappy. She stated that I would’ve had to order a day in advance and said I couldn’t be serviced within that work day … never experienced this in all my years of dealing with Great American Cookies as they are known for the 15 minute cookie cake. Went to another location and got a BEAUTIFUL cookie cake in 15 minutes.

Not as good as they used to be. They have a new recipe for the double doozies, or something. First time going there in 10 years and I was very disappointed. Just doesn't taste like it used too.

I frequently get cookie cakes and cookies from here. I love it usually, but this weekend I got a double doozie and the first few bites were great. I saved the remainder for when I got home and the next bite tasted SOUR! Now normally I would think maybe I had something on my hands, etc. I immediately spit it out and my husband said the last time he got a double doozie it tasted the SAME WAY! SOUR! This is very concerning and I can’t think why a certain area only of the cookie or icing would be sour?

I ordered one of the graduation cookie designs shown on the website and it is the worst looking cookie ever! It's supposed to be a person with a diploma and grad hats all over - the 'person' is bald, too small, and looks to be standing on a log. My husband had no idea what the design even was. What a let down and complete waste of money. OF COURSE, I had to prepay for it - probably because they know if you get there and look at the ugly 'designs' they do, you will refuse to pay. Take my advice and don't trust the online designs. I will probably scrap the 'person' and 'diploma' off because otherwise it will be the joke of the party :(
