Never received meal. Was there at the time the online order said. Called them 2x while sitting in there pick up spot. No customers in restaurant. Looked like two orders for delivery went . I was there an hour after designated time. Still haven't been credited for the order.

i’ve never rated anything before but this place was ridiculous me and my husband went in at 9:10 it wasn’t busy at all waited 10 minutes before Casey came over and rudely took our order …..then i went to get my spoon to mix my cold waterd down coffee and my sliver wear still had food on it so i went to get clean ones and the hostess said i mean i’ll just give you plastic …. um okay….. then we left at 10 because we still had no food … nobody letting us know what the hold up was and we were not the only table waiting one guy said he was 40 minutes on pancakes

To start it has been a while since dinning at IHOP. My wife and I were greeted promptly and seated. The coffee was hot a fresh and we both chose omelettes this morning, Nice a fluffy and very tasty. The staff was fantastic. Looking forward to going back.

Took almost a hour to get our food. The french toast was half raw egg and cold. The sausage was cold. Other customers who came in after us served before us.. Seemed we were the wrong color to dine there. Was offered 20% discount which is a insult. Will never dine with them again.

Who would have thought that you could get 5 star service at a chain breakfast restaurant. The service at store #4445 was exceptional. As we watched them work as a team to ensure everyone's dining experience exceeded their expectations, we forgot we were not on vacation. IHOP has "wowed " us! Take a bow, everyone, for a job well done. Selena's service was superb! She nailed it! We will be back.

The 3 stars are for in general. But this particular visit I would give service 5 stars.Our server was very attentive and though he seemed a little unsure of some of themenu items and how they could be orderedhe was quick to get help when needed. It seems the cook was also the manager. Notto fault him the place was pretty empty butour order took forever to come out. The server kept letting us know that it was beingprepared, but there was only one server and one cook on duty. Even with that as stated before the restaurant was nearly empty as there were only three tables withguests and ours had the most with four.
Overall the food is blend, not hot, but cool thinking getting more, but turn out less than you think on a main course. Its was ok not even ok, if could gave it no star, I would ?? you would think being the only in Montgomery it be good, but gonna probably closed like the other one ???♀️

Orderd the bacon temptation omelet with extra spinach and when I TELL YOU!!! That thang know it was delicious. C.J. was the manager and the cook... great attention to the food detail and taste. Our waitress Selena was very attentive and even got our order out in time, despite the system going down. She was very nice and accommodating.
