When you order Jack's Country Fried Steak meal and they give you three soggy hamburger patties with gravy. I ordered this for a guest and was absolutely embarrassed they ended up with this. Do better Jack's Dalraida location! You could've at least told me 1st! Customers check your meals before you leave, I should have! Won't ever go back there!

So so good. First time here and we LOVED IT. The food was definitely a great quality, fresh, hot, and not to mention delicious breakfast. I wish these were near Athens Ga where we are from. We look forward to our next Alabama trip just to have some! I also noticed the staff was so incredibly kind and professional. They are on their game!

Went to jacks on ATL. Why. On friday.the young lady at the register was so nice and very professional! I had the big big jack burger all the way, man it was fresh and just cooked! It was so good! We ate in dining room. Very clean, and not too busy. Wonderful experience, loved it!!Parking: If you want a really fresh and tasty burger, jacks on Atlanta highway is for you!Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Being from West Virginia and as we don't have these fast food restaurants there we had never tried this place before and decided to grab a burger.. I have to say the burger I had was delicious and the french fries were crinkle-cut and crispy and fresh as well as the burger that I ate... The service was good the place was clean which is always good... I'd have to say that I would definitely eat here again... The price wasn't too bad either I paid about $9 and change which is average for a burger? fries? and a large drink?nowadays...good stuff ?

Just left this establishment with a simple request for a two piece chicken with a biscuit. Given the employees that this place has I don't even expect a good customer service experience, but I do expect to get correct information. First I was told by drive through representative they can't give two thighs on the two piece chicken. Because IT ONLY comes with a leg and thigh. After I disputed that information the manager Nikki and Valerie (were the names I wad provided)stated they just didn't have two thighs to give . No correction of the false information previously provided and definitely no professionalism. I decided to go inside to confirm this information was true and of course. It was not.I simply left with no will to fight such a small battle. I'm not sure what was the point of my denial of two thighs or why people who work at fast food most times are so rude but I pray they find peace and strength to serve the public with kindness and integrity despite if its just fast food.blessings

Yall don’t have to be so stingy in the honey mustard sauce. My sweet tea is water down. Drive thru girl barely said a word to me. Just looked at me crazy. And one of my three chicken fingers was just breading. It might be Good Friday because Easter is around the corner, But my food wasn’t. Everytime I come they never have no dressing other than buffalo . Breakfast grits be gritty. Chicken biscuits be cold.
I ordered a side of coleslaw and got a cup half full with more mayo than coleslaw. This could be for one or two reasons either someone isn't following the recipe or they didn't have enough product and they were trying g to stretch it out. Just say that you are out rather than serving up inferior product.

This is my third time visiting this establishment and it was HORRIBLE the food service, everything, my food was throw in a box it was everywhere and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lap since this morning. You’re rushed when placing your order and when you get to the window even after paying. Not to mention orders left out! Everyone who worked 03/08/2024 at 8:30-9:00 needs to be fired! Just start over from scratch with employees!!!!! And my food was cold a waste of $30
