My first time visiting Jersey Mike's. Wonderful idea for charity day!My sandwich was fresh and so tasty. The service was excellent with very polite servers. The facility was clean and smelled good. I will never go to subway after eating Jersey Mike's. I had the BLT and it was delicious!

If you want to eat here don't show up half hour before the posted time of closing because they won't cook you a hot sandwich after 8:30 not sure I will go back spend 22.00 for sandwich anyway

Solid subs for a chain. I've had The Jersey Shore Favorite and The Original Italian subs. Delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Small store but outside "sidewalk" seating available. If you've never tried Jersey Mike's and like Italian subs, give it shot.

The staff allowed someone to pick up my order and refuse to remake it. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Do your job and verify to-go orders. And if proof of payment is available and presented remake the order!

First time eating at Jersey Mike's, a couple of weeks ago. Best sub I ever had. A lot better than Subway, in my opinion. I wish Jersey Mike's would come to Tallassee, Alabama.

Tried to come in and grab a sandwich (first time customer) at 8:27 pm but the door was locked and some lady was cleaning up already, it clearly states that you guys close at 9, so why are the doors locked?

I got there around 1:00 on a Saturday and the staffers handled the lunch-rush with elegance and respect. Will definitely come back to this Jersey Mike’s!

I drove 20 miles in traffic on a Friday night to have someone with a short haircut with waves butcher my sandwich. I asked that my giant sandwich be cut in 4 pieces. One piece was half of the sandwich and the other 3 pieces were a variety of sizes. One end was so soggy when I got home no one could nor would eat it. I took the meat off and put it on a hamburger bun and ate it myself. Over $26 and I have never been so disappointed. I don't complain often and rarely leave a review,however, after waking up this morning, the stench of disappointment is still lingering, so I had to try and get the smell out.As an FYI, the same guy made several sandwiches before mine and had so much mayo on the side and outside of that sandwich, that I don't know how it could be picked up without the hand being wrapped in napkins. Clearly this person doesn't care about what we are paying for and that it will be going into our mouths. We work hard for our money and made a choice to spend a great portion of it with this restaurant as a treat. Two hours of a day's wages.
I got the famous Philly and it was amazing!! I loved the fact that they put a good amount of cheese. For a regular it’s a wee bit pricey, but they loaded my sandwich up so it was worth it. A decent wait time. Everyone was super friendly and seemed to working very hard. I recommend coming here.

Finally decided to try this place and I was not disappointed the bread was super soft the sandwich was delish I think it was the best sandwich ever lol no seriously it was just that good I went back the next day

I USED to go in once per week and order 2 subs totaling $34.32 for the giants. Up until my LAST trip on 12/29/2021 at 1:49 pm. they were excellent, and the 2 of us could eat off them for 2 days. On this date however, the bread was stale and very crumbly, and it appears, the meat was cut thinner than before, and with less of it. I washed of the condiments and fed it cut up over my dogs food. I make and extra effort to tip at the register, in fact I gave the clerk PRIOR the this last trip $40.00 as a Christmas bonus. I will gladly pay for what I receive, as long as I get my money's worth. The people who were there many times before, were no where to be seen, and the clerk kept going to the back to talk with someone several times in the middle of putting my food together. I notice the owner responds to 5 star ratings, and I expect them to respond to this one, so they can offer me a refund. C. McGuire Maj. U.S.A.F (Ret.) UPDATE....Thank you but no thanks to your offer to respond via your email I received enough SPAM on your sandwiches. I will just mark it up to experience. Happy New Year! I will see what happens on my next trip. BTW, I do not want to be treated any different from anyone else, but I do expect to receive what I pay for...To be continued.

Ordered on-line. Gave them extra time just in case. Walked in to pick up. Not ready. Three people working. Two people in restaurant. One counter dude asks me if I am picking up. Tell him yes. Give last name. Dude says we outta the bread I ordered. So I tell him what I want and go to wait outside.They are so lost and unsupervised.
