Spent full price on an unwich that had only cheese and lettuce. Should have had lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado spread. Didn't realize until I paid and left that it was just cheese and lettuce. The staff wasn't the greatest either.

2 stars is for the prices, they are bonkers. Food is about what you’d expect, good. But $20 for a basic sandwich and soda. Compare that to Jalapeños just around the corner where you can get a complete lunch plate + tortillas + nachos & salsa + margarita for LESS than you pay for ONE of these sandwiches and you can get the food within 5 minutes. Across the street at 79A you can get a sandwich + side and cocktail for the same or less. At Tower Taproom you a get great burgers + fries and access to a whole tap wall for same or less. There is NO justifiable reason for bread and lunch meat to cost $15. Their most recent menu item is one that STARTS at $15-17 and the next size up is $27! For a sandwich! Prices are just insane here. Unless you are just craving Jimmy John’s for some reason there are far better options right next door that are just as fast.

Our group of 25 people were traveling out of town and needed a catering order in less than 12 hours. Nathan made it happen! Jaz and Q both were eager to accommodate our requests and were kind the entire process. They ensure that all of our lunches were accurate and had all condiments, napkins, and other items in the box. They allowed us to do an early pick up before they opened and everything was perfect! I’m very grateful that they were able to help us. They saved the day!!

I wish I could give it ZERO STARS. This was the worst most expensive sandwich I've ever had. They cost more than firehouse and subway together. The service was terrible, the sandwich was just like the service terrible. This is the most basic sandwich I've ever had. All it had was turkey Maybe ham a little lettuce and mayo. Only mayo, no mustard no nothing. Will not be returning.

The first major problem is the how employees are rude as hell. 2nd my sandwich was wrong 5 TIMES. And each time they were so rude because they messed up. And the prices have changed in a week due to a beta convention being in town.

Will not deliver to my hotel one block away at 8PM. Very rude on phone. Definitely discourage this location. I used to love JJ, but now may not give them another dime. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Horrible customer service. Came after a long day and my daughter needed to us the restroom. The young man at the register rudely informed me he could not access the code unless we purchased something. My daughter is dancing to keep from peeing on herself. He moves slowly as I order something fast so that I could take her to the restroom. His attitude turned us off so much, we decided to go elsewhere. Treat people with courtesy and respect, that's not too much to ask especially when it involves children.
