Cupcakes were old! I usually go to S Decatur St to get cupcakes but I decided to try this one today (2/7/23). I got 4 cupcakes total and both strawberry cupcakes were old.

The customer service is horrible!!!! The store was suppose 2 open @ 10 & I was there @ 10:22am & the employee was @ Wendys & waited until I pulled off b4 she turned in. Then she trust 2 have an attitude because she was late. By the way this is the location on the East South Blvd & she always always have an attitude. If they dnt do something about her then I refuse 2 spend another dollar there.

The Decatur location is awesome! Clean. The East South Blvd. Location the young lady at drive thru ALWAYS HAVE A ATTUIDE! NOT! CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY I always have a problem with her.

I sat at Drive thru almost 10 minutes no one came and as soon as I pulled back around it's 5 cars waiting and they are being serviced.
Cost too much for the cupcake to be dry. The banana pudding cupcakes was not good . It didn't even have pudding . Also was stuffed with bananas or something idk but anyone who bakes knows that's a bad idea . I didn't see why it's hyped up maybe I'll try something different
