BABBBBBBYYYYY!!!! LET ME TELL YALL!!!!!! Jozettie's on Decatur is BEYOND AMAZING ! No, the staff is not the friendliest and the establishment is very small, but it's worth it. The cupcakes are about $4 each. I've tried several different flavor cupcakes but my favorites are pecan & peach cobbler! I highly recommend, but beware it's additive.

What a sweet treat! Today we had the pleasure of indulging in one of the best dessert spots in Montgomery AND meeting the owner- Mrs. Ida. Without a doubt, each one of these homemade creations are made with love! These cupcakes NEVER disappoint and since no shipping is available, I travel to Alabama from Florida just to indulge. If you want you party/special occasion to be remembered forever- include these cupcakes. ✨ ✨My absolute favorite is the sweet potato cupcake ✨ ✨?!! (Remember they are closed on Sunday and Monday. Mrs. Ida is pretty sweet herself and so gifted. Thank you for all you do. ?

Whatever you do. Don't place an order for this store through Doordash. The store ran out of the cupcakes I ordered through doordash and changed my cupcake order from 5 cupcakes which I already paid for to an order of 2 cupcakes. And tried to convince my dasher that I only ordered 2 cupcakes vs 5 cupcakes. Knowing good and well that two cupcakes don't equal $30. I've gotten several cupcakes from Jozettie's in the past and never had an issue until today. I'm highly disappointed.

I purchased 6 cup cakes red velvet and German chocolate. I called to let them know that these German chocolate cupcakes wasn't fresh. I was on hold forever I hung up and called back it went to voice-mail. No one answer I will be back up there to get refund.

Ordered two dozen jumbo cupcakes for my daughter’s 1st Birthday to make a cupcake tower! Hands down, the best cupcakes we’ve ever had! They were a hit and we can’t wait to go back for more.

Jozettie's has cupcake options for all taste buds. I try to limit myself to thinking about the red velvet cheesecake only twice a week for health maintenance. I gave three stars for poor service. One employee was very kind but the individual that ended up helping us seemed unamused by our presence. She answered every question while scrolling on social media and presented herself as though she did not take the job seriously.

Jozettis never disappoints. Ever since I found this place in 2017, there has been no cupcake shop who can top the flavor + freshness of their cupcakes. Not expensive and black owned. I love this place and always buy at least 2 when I’m in town.

The cupcakes are absolutely magnificent. The customer service, not so much. The young lady that took my order acted as if I was a bother to her to wait on. She was taking a phone order while also trying to take my order. I had a couple questions and she was NOT happy about that. Maybe I will try again to see if the service changes. The cupcakes were so moist and flavorful. And such a wonderful variety.
Smart mouth uguly lil girl with bonnet on getting smart because she picked the wrong cupcakes.. the cupcakes themselves are basic, and on par.with Walmart certainly not worth $5 each I'm done with BLK owned spots in Montgomery it's sad how horrible the customer service is won't be back rather go to Gigi's where they smile and greet you when you come through the door ✌?

These cup cakes was so big you had to use a fork but now you talking about jumbo I can't see it and at least you can use the same amount of batter for each cup cake in the pan. As for the icing please cover the whole thing. AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
