If I could give his place a -5 I would. I ordered an order from DoorDash from this restaurant. My delivery driver had to wait 35 minutes to get the food. He came in and told the worker that he was there for online order. She said, wait and proceeded to take three other people, he expressed that he was doing DoorDash and the other customer said that he could go before her because she knew he was there first. The Worker said she does what she wants to do. As a result, the delivery was about 45 minutes behind, Poor service. If you don’t want to do the job right don’t work there.

I gave the food one star simply because I've gone thru the drive thru for a chicken pot pie at East Blvd location several times and when I get home to eat it, there is no chicken inside. I have been so very, very disappointed ☹️. I will not get it from there anymore.

The facility was under staff and didn't have any food to be served. I was then informed it would be 20 minutes or more before the food would be ready i then requested a refund due to very poor customer service.

Was out this evening and saw KFC. Old memories and an unforgettable taste made me pull in and found plenty of parking.I was pleasantly met by my Ms.Erica. As she took my order my stomach growled in thinking of the 3 piece Big Box. Which came with mashed potatoes, slaw, a biscuit and Med. drink.While waiting I went to wash my hands. The restroom was as spotless as the dining area. The service , area and food was absolutely great and all those old memories were relived and satisfied .. yes I will return without a doubt.Parking: You can watch / see your car from inside the restaurant.
