If I could give this location , 0 stars, I would. The cashier is so rude and goes back and forth with customers. I remember why I stopped going to fast food at one point. Not only is it nasty now but so are the employees attitude. I was told to pull to the front door to wait on my tots for my sausage scrambler meal , waited 20 mins in the car, finally I get out since it’s taking long and they completely forgot about my order. They bagged it after I stated that I never got it. Just do us all a favor and shut this whole location down. Thanks! No thanks!

I am giving this Krystal’s a one star review, due to the stinking trash smell outside. I pulled up to order my food, and as soon and as I rolled down my window the smell of garbage filled my car. My nose even started burning. I was so disgusted to the point where I didn’t want to order my food. Believe it or not, I was afraid my food wouldn’t come out right.. I feared it would smell like garbage. Thank God my food came out right, but yeah, that SMELL WAS SO DISGUSTING. Plz, do something about it. That was a MAJOR turn off. I wanted to throw up.

Filthy. Didn't even go inside. Trash everywhere. Windows filthy...string hanging on bldg and on DT menu. No business here but pulled me up to wait for food. Cashier in DT said they have no receipts.

Old Montgomery location on Atlanta Hwy needs a much needed makeover. Service was kinda slow but when you want a Krystal I guess you'll wait as long as it takes!!

When I say slow. I MEAN SLOW. Do not come here if you are not in a rush to go anywhere.
