Hice un pedido a las 10:25pm septiembre 16,2023 y a las 11:25pm me llamo el delivery por nombre de Benny una sola vez, la primera llamada a las 11:25 se callo yo lo llame para atrás y no contesto a las 11:26 me llamo y le digo hello y se estaban riendo me dice delivery le digo okay ya voy. Bajo y no hay nadie espere 25 min ahí abajo entres 25 llamadas que le hice al delivery y nunca llegó llame al restaurante y nada le mandé mensajes al número diciéndole hello donde esta mi comida y nada. A lo último ya ni entraban las llamada y los mensajes parece aver bloqueado mi número. Hoy septiembre 17 llame a el restaurante a las 9:45am la muchacha me dijo llama después de las 3 que el muchacho te puede ayudar. Cuando llame a las 4:42pm le explico la situación y la chica me dice okay ya te paso al chico, le explico la situación a el y el me dice que no puede hacer nada porque el delivery dice que El estuvo en mi casa y que yo nunca baje por la comidale digue eso es mentira y me colgó el teléfono volví q llamar y me dice que se callo la llamada me dice dame un min para ver que puedo hacer me pone en lo que el pensaba que yo estaba en mudo pero escuché todo lo que le dijo a la chica ir el no sabía que hacer con migo que Jenny nunca llego con el delivery la chica le dice cuélgale el le dice di ya le colgué pero buelve a llamar y vuelven y me cuelgan el teléfono. De nuevo le marco y lo contesta y me dieran intento de nuevo y le digue que mala educación tienen para atender al cliente ustedes eso es de muy mala educación eso no se hace y el me dice que lo mejor es que yo vaya al restaurante y confronte a el delivery le digo pero que restaurante es este que yo tengo que ir aya a pelear por algo donde te go pruebas y ustdes saben que fallaron. Me dice sabe que te mando la comida que fue lo que pediste le doy todo y me dijo que el me mandara la comida pero como me como yo una comida que yo no se si ellos le van a echar algo oh le escupen de maldad solo para hacerme la maldad el chico me dice que no me procupe por eso que no pasa nada pero yo no le creo me gustaría que el dueño se comunique con migo si es posible.

Resulta ser que cuando tienes una reservación para 6 o mas personas , el servicio es pésimo porque las meseras ya dan por echo que la propina va automáticamente incluida... te sirven la comida y después de allí no se vuelven a aparecer en la mesa para preguntar si se ofrece aunque sea agua,, Realmente un pésimo servicio!!

I will always vouch for this place until it does not exist anymore. I have eaten at Estrellita since I was 8 years old. The recipe has never changed and the food has gotten better. The chips and salsa before they give you food, has gotten better with time. And the prices were good, but now they're a little bit expensive. A taco used to be 2.50, and now it's 4.75. I get it, inflation, but still, I want cheap tacos lol. It's okay though. The service is usually friendly, but could be much more positive. The ambiance is clean and nothing less.

This feels like the type of Mexican restaurant I grew up going to. The day I went there was live music, lots of people chatting and laughing, and the smell of delicious food. The service is great and the food tastes even better. Definitely worth a visit

I didn't like it at all. I ordered chicken enchiladas red sauce, 2 empanadas, and one tamale. I didn't even eat the enchiladas because it had a burnt taste. All you could taste is this burnt aroma. The tamale was not good and the empanadas I ate only a little. I'm mad I wasted my money. The best thing was the rice and beans but it was still definitely not the best I had. The enchiladas also didn't look so appealing.

Their pan dulce doesn’t seem to be fresh or other baked goods which is a disappointment. The pan in the photo I uploaded looks old and gross.

I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars solely based on their food quality. However, the service is lacking and makes the overall experience a bad one. We went for breakfast around 11 and the restaurant was empty. The waitress was very impatient and could barely let you finish your sentence before she walked away. She never brought us waters and didn't bring any sauces for the tacos we ordered. I like that this restaurant provides a variety of sauces in a cool container for your choosing.The waiter didn't give us any until we asked for it. Once our meals arrived we didn't see our waitress until we had to ask for our check. After waiting 15 minutes for her to charge our card we decided to leave cash and were forced to undertip her because we didn't have enough cash. We just couldn't wait any longer since we had to head out. This is the second time we get the same waitress and she seems to always have an attitude. We love this restaurant and it's food but it's unfortunate that the service isn't up to par.

Very good restaurant, nicely decorated and spacious. Food was great. Camita was so good, soft crunchy and filling. Best of all served warm/hot. Chips and salsa were ok, the salsa tray has great combinations. Servers were busy on a Sunday afternoon. Services was a bit wonky , not sure if the place didn't have a manager on duty. Luckily the food was good and the aguas frescas too. Def recommend. I,d just say arrive early,
