I ordered 2 large drinks light ice. There is something black floating in my hi c orange drink and sprite was loaded with ice. That's a lot of money for two drinks that you can't enjoy.

There was a car accident today 2/15/2024 in front of the Mc Donald’s on Fairview ave , the servers where outside to look what was going on , had to use the inside kiosk because there was nobody at the counter because of the Accident. When someone handed me my order of Cold over cooked Breakfast at 6 am , I asked in a nice tone , why my food was so cold ? The person serving me wich seemed to be the morning shift manager gave me a funny condescending look ? and tried to argue About my cold food . I asked for fresh food wich then was prepared . No sorry for the inconvenience or a goodby just handed me my food looking the other way rolling eyes ! No customer service at all . I paid almost $13 for a mediocre breakfast , never again . Bad food bad service and when you say something they look at you crazy and argue.

I dont know if I was forgotten or just ignored because I waited 40 minutes till my food came out even when I was assigned a reserverd parking spot. And in the span of that 40 monutes I've seen atleast over 15 to 20 cars receive thier food. I had to drive around the store again to tell the person at the window about my order and a was sent back to the reserved parking spot next to mine and waited another 20 minutes. Idk what happened but I think I would go to another store then here. Im also gonna check if my food is ok or like angered spat in or tampered with.

Pulled up to get lunch and they were getting out vehicle from just smoking pot ? needless say we left.
Reps were on point. Fresh fries ?. Reps all went above and beyond. Excellent experience, and I haven't been to McDonald's in a long while. Was traveling for a funeral and stopped. Reps were friendly.
