I went to the drive thru. I ordered a large coke and 6pc nugget. I got to the window to pay and the girl was ON HER phone! She didn't call back me order and when I got my order at the next window NO DRINK! I asked that girl about my drink and she told me I had to o around again. I refused and asked her IF she could ring it up... she asacted annoyed! Asked her2 more times and she finally told someone to ring up a large coke. I paid for it. When she was handing the coke to me she held it by the top and she dropped the straw. I tried asking for a straw, I had to yell I need a straw and she turned and gave me NAPKINS then walked away!I was so mad I went inside to speak with the manager. I told her about the girl at the payment window then about the pickup window. The manager agreed it was very unprofessional, and she was going to have a word with them bothe right then.I stop at this location often but never got this kind of service.

3/16/24. How do you advertise open 24 hours when you pull up at the drive thru at 3:17 am and they tell you "I'm sorry we're currently closed we'll reopen at 4 am"This isn't the first time this has happened.Either you're open 24 hours or you're not. Which is it?

Alabama, Montgomery . Worst experience ever. Teen workers playing while suppose to be working. Got to the pick up window and my order not there. Teen at window nice but tried to walk off with my card to go back to the pay window. I waited before at the pay window for the teens to come over but they were to busy playing. Can you imagine what your customers are thinking?

Kid-friendliness: Kid playground area, clean restaurant and staff were patient and kind. Ice coffee, Southern Sweet tea and food ordered were made perfect for us.

Get ready to wait a looong time, even with a mobile order oh and if you have a craving for an ice cream dessert you've got a 50/50 shot as their equipment is down often. Lastly be prepared to have the employees ask "what was your order" ...

We stopped here traveling so my son could play in the play area. The restroom, play area and store in general were very clean and could tell it has been maintained. All of our food was hot & fresh. The wait was short. The store manager (I believe she said her name was Andrea), cashier (Latorian) and the rest of the staff were beyond delightful. Our experience overall was a 10/10.Kid-friendliness: My son loved it here.

I am altering my review as they keep changing their hours of service at night. You can't rate what you don't receive. They need to get their act together on when they actually serve.

SNAKE??10/17/23THIS DID NOT BOTHER ME…However, when an employee has a pet snake at work and walking around the common area with it, that should not be a workplace norm. Other customers that abide by social norms and have sensitive feelings or entitlements, will obviously cry about an employee have a pet snake with them.Have a good day. (:
