I would love to give this place 5 stars. The food was great, hot and fresh, and the service was good. The employees in the back are the reason for the low rating on the atmosphere of the restaurant. They were cusing at each other, dropping F bombs like nobody was hearing them. An elderly couple walked in, and the briefly stopped, and then it continued. This was Sunday, 2/11 after 6 pm.

Burger cold, cheese not close to being melted.Staff was too busy laughing and joking around with each other to care whether my food was good or timely. I thought I might be waiting on fresh fries but they were cold and not crisp. I recommend driving to the next exit off I85 if McDonalds is your choice.

Hi I ordered a McChicken with a large fry and they was so rude the little girl at the second window was even rushing me to pick my sauce that she forgot because it shows on the kiosk, also why would yall give me brown lettuce like that is soo unsanitary ice been to a McDonalds that do what you guys in eastchase did tonight i hope yall find better staff or management

Very bad service today i ordered big breakfast with bacon and hotcakes and then when i came back home i just found out that you only gave me hotcakes and 2 bacon and charged me 8 bucks!!!! Unacceptable!!!! Very disappointed on your service!!

There are like 9 people, but only 2 are working hard. The rest are just on the phone texting, I ask for sugar and milk, and it took about 5 minutes just for that. Then my order was without the forks and napkins, and the restroom was nasty ? ?.
