Sheyanne Thomphas (excuse me if I spell her name wrong) was terrible. For her to be a manager she was rude, mean, and made us get out of line without an order all while taunting me and my mother ( I have a video ). I really felt targeted and hurt, this woman should not be in a leadership position. If she is not taken down from this position I will be forced to show her behavior or social media. I hope this is not what McDonalds condone.

The drive through staff at night is so rude. I have been there so many times but every other time I have to face a problem. I once bought mocha hot coffee when I came home And drank it. It was so Nasty it tasted as if they had put only hot water and smelled rotten.

My issue with McDonalds is this, the prices increased, but the quality of the food greatly increased. This is no fault of the service workers. This is a corporate thing. Greedy corporate issue. People, do you remember their friends growing up in the 90's? They were long, crispy, salty, and fresh. Now they taste TERRIBLE, broken into pieces and taste like salt free, tasteless dirt on old rubber tennis shoes. "Whatever that tastes like, oh yeah, their fries". There is definately a difference in what we had versus what we have. I no longer eat there as much as a time ago. It's not worth it. I'm just let down. It's sad to go from good taste to bland and tasteless.

one thing i will say about this mcdonald's is that they never fail to misgender my boyfriend and i... they feel the need to say "ma'am" in every single sentence and it's so upsetting. even ordering online and clearly having more masculine names, they still manage to misgender us. it makes me not even want to come here anymore because i just feel this sense of dread like "oh boy, time to be called a girl again."
This place is telling a flat out lie stating today that they are open 24 hours, because my wife who works in the middle of the night as a traveling health care worker stopped there at 2AM, and they stated they closed for at least an hour while switching from lunch to breakfast, which is fine and understandable but also not 24 hours. So either the workers there just didn't feel like working tonight, or the hours need to be updated to reflect this change. The disrespectful part is they tried to convince us this is normal, even though just this Tuesday, she was there at 2 and was served at that time.

By far the slowest Mc Donald’s in the tri county area. I hate when I place a mobile order on the app and it puts me going to this location before I’ve realized it… set aside 20 mins to visit this location…or just avoid it if at all possible!!
