Horrible experience here. Bathroom was filthy and no hand soap to wash hands. Health department will be notified. Toilet overflowing with feces. I would post pictures but they probably won’t be allowed on this site. Employee took his time coming to take orders. The manager was actually inside standing in the filth of the dirty kitchen area that looked like no one had swept or mopped in ages. Please see pictures.. A lady came from the drive thru and stated that she was waiting on one cup of coffee for ages and that no one had brought it to her car. This location used to be good. If they don’t shape up, they won’t be there much longer.

Ordered a steak bagel meal... Tell me why was the bagel cold ? yet the hash brown was too hot to touch. I had to let it cool off before eating it. If I was going home I would have popped the sandwich in the microwave, but I was starving and on the go. I give the cold sandwich a 2. Sadly the hash browns was the greater part of the meal . Even if the cheese was melted perhaps I would have had a different and better experience.

Ordered breakfast sausage McMuffin charged me full price and took off the egg after I said I just wanted the one that came with meat and cheese. That’s cheaper. Go back to the room and no hash brown with my bacon egg cheese combo. Went to call no one answers phone.

hey they are very unprofesssional and i had an interview and i was on time and i told one of the employees that i was there for an interview and she claims that she went and told the manager and its alot of jealousy at this location and two days later one of the sissy guys that works there who was there when i walk in was on the cash register saw me downtown at the bus station jump in my face about what i could have but he doesnt even know me or my name and i told him that i found a job now and then refused to get up out my face.Parking: n/aWheelchair accessibility: n/a

We sat in the play area since we had 2 little children. There was a very large liquid spill on the floor along with French fries scattered about. I told the lady at the front counter about it and she blankly looked at me and replied okay. We were there for almost an hour and no one came to clean up the mess. And no they were not busy. Do better management!
