I've been here a couple of times. Workers are not helpful. They got my VERY simple order wrong the other day. When I apologized and informed them of their mistake, the lady rolled her eyes at me and then replaced the item without a single word. Sorry you had to do the job you're paid to do. ?

Drive from Atlanta last night and was at drive thru window at 8:45 no one would take order drive to window ask guy ti take my order he ignored me girl with long braids and another man watched me sit there 15 mins finally came to window said they were closed several cars behind me I think that is very rude and if you close at 9 that when you take the order I will never do business again I hope the owner sees what kind of employees he has working they surely don’t care about the customer

So disappointing. I got a burger on my way back home (Eclectic) around 1:30. The bun was so hard I had to throw it away. This is the second time I have had an issue. I will miss eating at Milo’s when I go shopping but I’ll be eating my burger from whataburger from now on.

Absolutely Amazing Service!The General Manager Mr. Harrison and his kitchen staff went above and beyond for me and my family tonight. My family and I had a dance competition here at the Montgomery Performing Arts Conventio Center which ended later than we expected naturally when we seen the Milo's sign from the interstate we had to pay them a visit hoping they would let us sit down and enjoy a hot and fresh meal as a family and Mr. Harrison and his staff welcomed us in 25 minutes before closing time. And told us to take our time and enjoy our food, which we did. This is something that doesn't happen anymore since covid most restaurants will even close their restaurant earlier than their closing time, just so they can go home early. But not Mr. Harrison and his staff he welcomed us with open arms and we are truly grateful for his dedication to making the customer feel right at home. Kudos to you and your staff for continously checking on us to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK IN THIS RESTAURANT the next time we visit Montgomery, AL. from Auburn Al. So a BIG THANK YOU TO MR. HARRISON (GM) and his employees for making us feel welcome. You did a GREAT JOB and we were very happy and satisfied tonight.!! Which is VERY RARE THESE DAYS AT MOST RESTAURANTS WE VISIT.

I'm originally from Birmingham and where ever I see a Milo's, I have to visit! The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was classic. They even grilled the onions before putting them on my burger at my request! I was very happy with my visit!!
