There's no meat in it.Dietary restrictions: It's ice! Unless you can't have artificial food coloring or sugar, you have nothing to worry about.Parking: LOTS of free parking!Kid-friendliness: Cheerful people and atmosphere. Many employees are still kids, themselves.

The italian ice is excellent, but the customer service is awful!!! 3 paying customers having to share 2 samples is ridiculous. I have been a customer for years & never experienced this poor customer service until now.

My wife and 4 year old love Italian Ice.Would love to try this place and give it a good review but they were closed and mopping the floor at 8:11pm…even though their online hours and door says they are open until 10:00pm on a Friday night. Pulled on the locked door. Employee looked at me. I pointed at the hours on the door and he shrugged ???Maybe update your door hours, hours on Google, put up a sign explaining the early close or just crack the door to explain?Hope everyone else enjoys their visit.

Celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary by taking 4 of our grandchildren to get treats. Fun little outing which the children enjoy! Make sure you get the smallest size--Little Owl, as up to age 12, they're unable to finish a larger size. Cost was under $15.

always tradition to visit every time I'm in the area, such a different and wonderful treat. employees are always smiling and work quickly, taking care of the lobby and drive-thru seamlessly. you cant go wrong here!

Personally I've had great experiences. The last two times we have tried to have an event at our school, and include Nancy's, we have not gotten a timely response. Both times were after the event. We are usually good about contacting a month or so in advance. Most times when I've called I've gotten no answer so we usually communicate via email.
Delicious! I got the fancy Nancy (which is like soft serve on the bottom and swirled on the top of Italian ice) and it was delicious! The lemonade flavored Italian ice was really good, my wife got the root beer and didn't think it was as good. I highly recommend this place- they have ample seating inside and out, the service was good, and it cost us like 5 dollars for 2 Italian ices (mine had soft serve, too.)

My kids live the Italian ice. The inside needs to be updated or something, but I guess the main thing is the ice. Customer service was OK, they never just blow you away with kindness if you know what I mean. At least that’s been my experience when there’s teens working.
