There is no changing table at this location. Which was super upsetting on top of the experience I had. I was asking for a plate order to be modified and the girl taking my order kept asking if I wanted a bowl with a half and half and I clearly said no and explained what I was asking for. Wasn't pleased with the service and quantity of food. When I mentioned it to the server, she said one scoop for a bowl...I use to frequent Panda and had received more meat for a bowl...but I definitely wasn't pleased this visit....and may cut Panda as my go to...if I want just rice, I can make that at home.
