Walked into this little gem for some fresh steaks to put on the grill while we and some friends from North Carolina stay at a local Air BNB. The staff were so welcoming and friendly! My husband and I are from New Orleans and had the rubber burning to get out of town before the hype of Mardi Gras was underway!We mentioned being from New Orleans, when the chef in the back HAD to offer us their gumbo, the New Orleanian stamp of approval of course. My husband and I, as extremely picky about our gumbo as we are, both gave it our blessing! Perfect Roux, seasoned just right, and NO tomato base (typically what we experience for out of NOLA gumbo)On top of the that awesomeness, My husband is a steak connoisseur, and I’m a sucker for adorable home decor and quaint pieces.. Pepper Tree Steaks N Wines appealed to us both! I am glad I am not passing this place daily, or I’d have a spending problem here! Bless it!Thanks y’all!

This review is for Pepper Tree Steaks N' Wines Black Seasoning I don't know what is in this rub but it is fantastic on beef. We drizzle a little oil on our steaks or burgers and rub on the Black Seasoning before grilling. A little goes a long way. This seasoning will blow you away. I highly recommend you order some if you want to elevate your "grilling game"!
