Spent 25 bucks ans couldn't get nothing no greeting no thank you no napkins no plastic ware no sauces folks on the phone instead of doing their job.Then why I had to wait 18 minutes ans the food wasn't cooked to order so I had to pull up for what. Then came out here giving away wrong food don't have no system no care in the world. SMH.

The Popeye Louisiana Kitchen located at 2797 Eastern BlvdMontgomery AL, 36117 has atrocious customer service and does not follow safe, clean protocols when preparing orders. On 2/18/24, I watched the cashier scratch her braids with long acrylic nails, handle money and touch a pen without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She actually touched the wax paper that line the bottom of the box AND arranged chicken with her finger tips. Shortly, another crew member (with long acrylic nails} tapped on her phone then turned around to touch paper liners and food WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR WEARING GLOVES. While standing there, I noticed the only people wearing gloves were the males in the back who were cooking the chicken. When I approached the counter, after watching her prepare three orders, I quietly asked why the workers touching boxes and food were not wearing gloves and she was scratching her head while serving food. She angrily replied "gloves are not mandatory". I will NEVER patronize this filthy restaurant again. I will also be calling the corporate office to inquire if the optional gloves rule is only at this location. This is another great reason to prepare your food at home :(

I got thee 4 piece spicy combo with red beans and rice and no drink made it $10.99 instead of $12.99 and I don't drink soda. The chicken was excellent, so good! It was enough for my sister and I, oh and the biscuit was delicious. I got more hot Louisiana sauce and that was really good too. Fast service, a nice lady at the window.

I get off work late at night, 9pm, I picked my Mom up and we both went to this location to grab dinner real quick. Pulled up to the drive thru at about 930 and was greeted with the rudest woman on the speaker. I get it, its late, you've worked all day too. But don't yell at me "what do you want? hurry up. We only have X. MA'AM WE CLOSE IN 30 MINUTES." Excuse me? That is entirely unacceptable. I didn't even ask or say what I wanted yet, I had just pulled up to the speaker. I told her nevermind and went to their other location for dinner instead. I would have totally understood if she had said "Hey sorry, we are closing in a few so we only have a few thing left we can make." I hope this location can find someone who has better communication.

Their wings were frozen (would take hours and that's all I ordered) and they said they'd give me some free chicken as an apology. When they came to hand me the "free" chicken, I asked about how to get a refund and they said "this is the same price". No, just no. I about lost my cool, but Publix wings are better anyways. Dishonest and not worth anyone's time.

I will not be coming back to this Popeyes I was so upset after I got home with my food. I had to wait for the food which I didn't mind because who doesn't like hot fresh food? Well the french fries was old and the family-size lemonade was watered down. That was too much money wasted. You All need to do better. The chicken wasn't even good. And the Boxs weren't even holding together. I'd think again before stopping at this location.!

All of my food was HOT AND FRESH!!! I throughly enjoyed it. I even saved a little till the next day, lolol. It was so good. I tried the classic chicken sandwhich for the first time. I would suggest they didn't serve a cold stiff bun with hot chicken but other than that the sandwhich was good. The sweet and spicy wings were also good. They were fresh and hot. I enjoyed my meal. They just need to heat and butter the buns.
The customer service is awful and I’ve been to this location more than once. It’s always a problem at this particular location. This time it was the customer service, last time they didn’t have what I wanted and the time before that I received the wrong flavor of chicken. If you’re considering eating here, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

This is normally not my favorite Popeyes but whoever was working the other night provided excellent customer service. The whole crew was flowing and moving. The line was wrapped around the building but the food was hot and fresh. I didn’t have to wait long once I placed my order.

Dining room was FREEZING!! It's definitely cooled to keep kitchen staff comfortable rather than customers. My friend is always too warm, but required a jacket here. Most tables/seats had chicken crust on them, but they weren't greasy. Food was hot, but not good. Part of my order was cooked fresh (had to wait for it to finish frying), the rest tasted like it was leftover from the lunch rush - meat a little dry, crust was hard. Service was friendly and polite. Watched several drivethru customers wait 5 to 10 minutes before getting their food, one had to come inside to get missing items. It wasn't very busy, so no reason for the issues. Manager and rest of staff seemed to be more concerned with looking like they were working than actually working. Absolutely no rush to get food delivered to waiting vehicles, and no concern over making them wait.
