It was not what I am used to saying when I go to a Korean restaurant, but it was definitely worth the visit. The food was tasty and it definitely broadened my taste buds even more.

Well 1st off the service is very good. Then comes that delicious food ? ?. I'm not tryin to persuade anybody's mind but we had the bulgogi, so so good an those side dishes. On a star rating of 1 - 5 I'd give them a solid 7.

Very rude, closed over an hour early. Wouldn't bother swinging by to try this place after 8pm, they close early due to lack of customers.

I was hesitant to try this place at first but been hearing a lot of good things about the sushi here. And oh man, they didn't disappoint!I'd go far and say this place is better than Sushi Cafe personally. Fish and ingredients are very fresh, and I don't think you can find better sushi than here in Alabama.

BEST sushi in town! They just got a new management and new chef, and I usually go to Sushi Cafe, but the sushi chef here amazed me with his sushi. You can always trust an old sushi chef because their old age usually means that they've been making sushi for a long time and are very skilled. He was friendly and even offered a fresh wasabi ground straight from the actual wasabi plant (not those fake processed wasabi you find in most sushi places). If you grew tired of Sushi Cafe and want a new experience with higher level of sushi, definitely check this place out. Sure, the outward appearance of this place is run down, and I will admit the place is in a bad location in general. But don't let that stop you from trying fresh, luxurious sushi at reasonable and affordable price :)Also, their Korean Chinese cuisine are the best I've had in the last 10 years. Their jjampong and jajang-myeon (traditional Korean Chinese noodles) and taang-soo-yook(sweet and sour pork) are soooooo good. I used to go to Chin Chin, but that place's become quite disappointing as their food qualities dropped significantly in the recent year. If you are fan of Korean Chinese food like me, don't waste your time at Chin Chin, but check Shilla out seriously.Overall, if you want sushi/rolls or Korean Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-go. Again, don't let the ghetto appearance of this place stop you from trying one of the best sushi in town :)

There're two best sushi in town, and it's Shilla and Sushi Cafe. I've been going to Sushi Cafe for the last 3 years, but this place will be my new favorite spot for sushi and rolls :)Sushi master's super nice and kind too :) Apparently he came from a famous sushi place in Atlanta, and I believe him because his sushi are good!

I had a superb experience here. I Ordered the spicy tuna roll, dumpling appetizer(very big portion fyi), and the beef bulgogi. Everything was amazing and the sushi chef even went out of his way to chat with me and offer some specialty rolls. Strongly recommend if you are in the area.

We found this place on accident, but glad we did! Daughter loves kimbab, and it was amazing. Food is a little pricey for dinner, so we might try lunch next time. Very clean and service was excellent.
