The sign says they close at 9:00 p.m. I went in at 8:20 and they told me they closed at 8:30, so I said ok its only 8:20. They responded with attitude "ma'am everything has already been put away"

This subway is always terrible with attitudes and acknowledging customers. Ordered curbside last night, not only did they not bring my food out, when I went in I had to wait.Upon getting to the house and opening my bag and taking a bite I discovered there was hair all over my pizza. I called 3 times and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. And they refused to make another pizza or make the situation right.

Ordered in their app. Said order was ready, but it was rejected (along with another dude). The 2 sandwich artists working made us wait while they helped other customers until explaining our order was cancelled for unknown reasons. The dude was upset they made us wait half an hour for no food and left. We reordered and eventually got our dinner. It tasted good, but the customer service was beyond abysmal. They didn't care at all and were quite rude to that dude.

And the atmosphere is like everyone there doesn't want to be there. Like there is about to be something is about to happen that's not good.

The customer service is horrible. I placed an order through the Subway app for 2 sandwiches @ 8:00pm. When I arrived in the parking lot at 8:30 pm I checked the status of my order on my phone. The Subway app showed that my order was cancelled. I went inside to get an explanation from the restaurant. The restaurant wasn’t busy. The restaurant employee said they cancelled my order because they close at 9:00 and should have ordered at 7:30. The female employee with the very short hair told me this bluntly and unapologetically.

Did an online order on the subway app, picked it up got home and it’s completely wrong ! The order consisted of nothing I asked for at all, wasn’t able to feed my family lastnight because it was last minute and late. Will be speaking to a manager in the morning.

I ordered online and waited for curbside and when the lady brought out my food to me, she didn’t say one word, smile or anything. Then when I get home to eat my sandwich and all it has on it is mayonnaise and chicken. They forgot all the rest of the topics on my sandwich. So I paid $6 for a sandwich that I’m having to fix up myself at home because they forgot almost everything.
