I went at night to pick up a mobile order. I went through the drive-thru no answer. I waited there for five minutes and drove to the window (no greeting or wait one moment). Once I got to the window the young lady explained her headset was broken, and to pull around. I waited for close to an hour, but the employee was very apologetic and gave me a complimentary drink for the wait.

I'm just leaving tha taco bell o Atlanta hey in Montgomery Alabama that's the worse place and none professional workers I ever seen tha drive girl was not fit to be a peoples person they gave me my number 8 combo with No Napkins in my Bag or Sauce I ask for at tha speaker when I was placing my order. I ask where was it she completely got a attitude plus on top of that I made it to work and my tacos had one line of meat in each one there was more lettuce then anything I'm super ? ? about that I'm never eating there again.. neither or my friends NO gloves on or anything Plus a girl was rubbing here Nose behind the drive thru worker that was really disgusting please!!! Don't eat there yo food will be less then u paying for it ? Lesson Learned.

This location has really gone down hill. There used to be a very friendly and solid staff here. If they happen to make a mistake they corrected it instantly. Those folks are long gone. Now the employee ALWAYS have an attitude and I have something wrong with my order EVERY visit. I’ll order ahead on the app and every single time they haven’t even started the order until I get there then I have to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare it. Today another customer stormed in while I was waiting on my order.. then having it corrected… they left out all the meat on his breakfast burrito and THEY had an attitude about the problem THEY created. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STALE FOOD AND WORSE SERVICE.

I can truly say this was one of the worse Taco Bell I’ve visited. My son and I were trying to decide what to eat for dinner while out of town. I love the bowls they have I made a decision Taco Bell would be a good choice.I always order one taco and the bowl. My family knows I love veggies, especially salad. Apparently, on this evening, this Taco Bell ran out of lettuce and cared not to share that tidbit with the customers.I was livid when I discovered there was not a shred of lettuce to be found on the 5 tacos I ordered. My son was absolutely fine with no lettuce.But not me, “LET US” please put lettuce on all my tacos. No melted shredded cheese and meat in a soggy shell. NOT IT!

Idk why it says open at 8am. Two mornings in the last week I've rolled through the Drive Thru around 8:04 and 8:10. Both times they were closed. Open at 8 means open at 8.
