Okay,My wife and I decided to drop in on the Montgomery East Chase location for a great lunch.We waited for about 20 minutes before being called in to be seated.Once inside was seated with a smile and then directed to our seat. After being nicely showed to our seat with have a great meal as the hostess walked away.Our server Trina was there in a flash, and ready to take our drink order and asked if we would like to start out with a appetizers which we ordered the combo.Trina said I will be right back with your drinks.We received our drinks fast refills on point and appetizers were there in no time.Trina took our order and the food was brought out hot cooked to perfection and appealing look.I asked Trina to surprise me with my sides as I do this every where we go. Trina once again knocked the ball out of the park with rice and loaded potatoe for my two sides.So this being said we would like your establishment to recineze a superstar.If going there ask for " Trina " as you definitely want be disappointed.Sincerely,Mr. Thomas Parnell and Mrs. Shirley Parnell.

Strange seating system. Music was a bit too loud for table conversation.
I got the 20 oz Tomahawk for 29.99 and couldn’t wait to try it as I’ve never had one before.It was cooked medium rare, looked great but has a big gristle going through and lots of fat. The meat itself was rough and chewy. Needless to say I was very unhappy and when I said something to the waitress she just smiled and said I know I hate it when that happens!! ?. NOT WORTH THE $30.00 at all! I will still with my cowboy cut ribeye!! I should have ask for the manager but I didn’t! Stupid in my part!Parking: Spots are tight to get in at times. WE drive a dodge ram 3500 and it takes almost two spots to park but so many people park over the line it makes it difficult. Slanted parking spaces would be better!! It’s easy to park if you drive a small car!

Ordered the steak and ribs with a garden salad and mashed potatoes. Ribeye was cooked good but more fat that lean meat and looked like a less quality ribeye than used to get from them. Ribs were really good,mashed potatoes were plain with hardly any flavor, and the house ranch was the worst I ever had. We really love Texas Roadhouse and just hope this was just an off day, but we will try them again in about a week. On a very positive note the older lady that was out host was really nice and made sure we felt welcomed all the way tonour table, wish our server had the same energy but may just have been a off day for the young man.

This was my second time visiting this location. The host was nice. The waitress, omg, she barely checked on our table! The cooks need photos of what's shown on the menu. Don't be back there, guessing. Homemade mac n cheese, omg... was awful. They just put the noodles in the cup and poured cheese on it.... very distasteful! I will not be returning. By the way.. I ordered the smothered chicken. It came to the table naked! The mixed vegetables looked frost bitten. I'm not going there AGAIN.
