I opted for the boil in a bag Cajun sauce, hoping for a burst of flavor, but found it lacking in seasoning. Perhaps a bit more spice would have elevated the dish.On a brighter note, the sweet tea was a delightful surprise. Not too sweet, yet not bland either, it struck the perfect balance for my taste buds. Despite the culinary misstep, the friendly staff and enjoyable ambiance made the overall experience worthwhile.

I ordered the catfish with red beans and rice, also gumbo.The catfish was fantastic! They fried the fish perfectly, not a heavy breading and seasoned to perfection.The red beans and rice was pretty good, lacked seasoning... I had to add some Tony's cajun seasoning.The gumbo was a bit too salty (needed that on the beans & rice) but overall pretty good.The hushpuppies are Delicious! I'm going to have to buy an extra side of those next time.My daughter had the seafood boil, and she absolutely loved it!This was our first time having Seafood Bistro and it definitely won't be the last. Oh, and everything arrived Hot!

The food is really good. I wasn't to impressed with the calamari. The seafood here is fresh, you can tell by the smell of the restaurant. The service here is friendly, some of the servers, just don't know how to prebus tables and would rather stare at the TV rather than earn a great tip. The atmosphere can be nice if it's not to crowded otherwise you'll find yourself being stared at by other guest(s) due to the fact that there are only tables, no booths. But overall, it's worth a visit.Kid-friendliness: The most gumball machines in the area, bring your quarters for the kids.
