This was the worst Waffle House ever. All of our food was cold and items missing. Our server was kind and did her best to keep up with all the people but the manager on duty was rude, and unhelpful. At one point the server was issuing our tickets to us so we could check out and get on the road when the manager yelled out her name and said “food is ready. Pick it up or sweep it up” and made her leave us to go and deliver an order. The manager was right there by the food and could have taken it to the customer while our server finished assisting us especially considering after the manager made that statement she went over to the other customer and started talking and laughing. The very same area and customer that was waiting on that food she could have grabbed for her. As a manager myself I would never embarrass my employee or yell at them while they are assisting other customers. As a manager I encourage my team to work together when serving our customers. That was not teamwork and it was not conducive to that server’s growth.We asked to speak to said manager who then refused to acknowledge us or come out and give her us information. That’s horrible service and leadership!! Never again

Wasn't that busy yesterday but our server was not helpful or in any hurry at all. The food was wonderful and because the service was so bad and the cooks were so far behind people kept leaving and going across the street to Circle to get breakfast.Wheelchair accessibility: Would be easy to get in to in a wheelchair

March 10 around 7-8pm I was tried from work and just wanted to grab food before calling it a night. I ordered one cheese steak omelette with grits and a bacon cheeseburger with hash browns chopped, topped, and smothered. Although there was only one cook and one server the place was empty and tables were clean. However, they cooked our food on a dirty stove top with black grease. My omelette came out black on both sides. My husband and I got food poisoning that night. We have not been back since.

Dear Waffle House please fire the 2 cooks you had working on March 8th 2024 it was at night around 11:30pm they are lazy and not working! The 2 cooks were outside smoking and talking while the 2 waitresses were cooking their own orders! Not because they chose to either they asked both cooks to come in and help and they laughed and continued to talk.That’s definitely not fair those young women get paid $2.15 plus tips to waitress while these two fools get paid $15 plus and these ladies are doing all the work. The 2 waitresses did a wonderful job I truly appreciate them. Ps it was kinda busy they didn’t deserve that!

Employees STOLE MY BAG and threw my wallet out into the street and someone else called me and said they found it. They denied seeing the purse but were able to take my money? Enjoy your yellow Dooney and Burke when we see you wearing it or we it for sale we’ll know exactly who took it. Extremely disappointing. Would leave 0 reviews if possible not to mention we were racially profiled and my coworker who looks Mexican was greeted in Spanish by someone who clearly didn’t speak Spanish. Passive aggressive much? Anyways please don’t go here terrible terrible terrible service

Horrible service. When I requested a table the waitress literally attempted to have me sit at a table before she would clean it. If you want to be served by Montgomerys most lazy and nasty employee's possible, then head on over to this Waffle House. You'll enjoy.

I sat at the bar for 10 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that I was sitting there except for a dismissive look from both employees. I got the distinct message that I was unwanted here. The place was not full of people but the tables and the bar were nasty . I will never be back here.

Wendy's and McD's were closed so we ended up here looking for some kinda fried chicken. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it hit the spot perfectly, sooo good!! The grilled onions were perfect.
