First time dining with my family and the food was great and well seasoned. The service was quick and efficient. Soffy was our waitress and she took her time with us despite the busy time and her possibly having more tables. Nonetheless, she was awesome, sweet and funny. Can’t wait to go back!

We came this evening to watch a championship game and celebrate. First hostess didn’t want to seat us in a booth because it was shift change and short staffed. We insisted anyway.Our waitress was fine. We just ordered appetizers one at a time. We’re big tippers knowing we’re going to be there two hours. Planned on lingering thru dinner.Appetizers were fine. Typical bar food. Loaded waffle cheese fries. Quest dip….The total turnoff and my best guess doesn’t meet dress code for food service workers was the man cleaning off tables. Bare feet in hole filled old model crocs. Who wants to see staffers dirty bare feet while eating? To top that off, he repeatedly came to clear off our dishes carrying stacks of other tables dirty plates. He would lean in over our food we were eating, carrying five plates from other tables loaded with dirty napkins and leftovers food remains, to pick up an empty plate at our table. Soooooo unappetizing and unsanitary.We are from out of town, and visiting Montgomery. It is our 49th wedding anniversary and we left without ordering entrees. Did we go to another restaurant? No.Lost my appetite.

I ordered a classic burger + bacon & cheese, no lettuce or tomato. The burger they brought had no bacon & no cheese. They took it back and brought out a the same burger recooked with bacon & cheese and cold fries. It wasn’t edible. After speaking with the manager, he offered a 10% discount. He admitted he was the one who put it back on grill.My order was not the only order in which the food was cold and not edible.

First our waitress took about 20 minutes before she even came to our table. We ordered onion rings and 2 cups of gumbo . The onion rings came extra spicy and one of the cups of gumbo had two chips on the porcelain cup that appeared freshly chipped. When complaining to the manager he appeared oblivious to everything and stated he would check into it. He didn’t offer any discount or anything to service or condition of food or dish ware. This was the most horrible service and quality of food I have ever had at a Walk Ons restaurant. This will be forwarded to the local health department.

We came to Walk-On's armed with Christmas gift card from a friend. Lackadaisical teenaged boy with braids and copper/orange ish sneakers walked us passed multiple empty tables and booths to practically sitting in the kitchen. When we asked if we could be seated elsewhere, he walked us past the same empty tables and booths back up to hostess area to wait for seating. As we sat there two teenage-rish young ladies joined him. They were very loungy and unprofessionally leaning across hostess stand looking irritated. At a certain point I could hear the young man talking about my husband and I commenting that we should have been glad to be sat by the kitchen because it would mean we'd get our food faster, possibly a dig at my being a "plus-sized" woman, at least that was my impression I got from his derisive chuckle.. Mind you, during this time the young man was not actively looking to re-seat us in a more desirable dining room location. At this time, I motioned for my husband and I to leave which we did much to the amusement of your young host station staff. I will let my friend, the gift card giver, know about the inhospitality my husband and I received, and see if gift card can be cashed in or used elsewhere. Thanks ??

The absolute worst customer service ever:1. Got seated at a dirty table2. Drink order was wrong. Finally got it right after 4 try’s3. Server hiding out in the area where we were sat, texting on phone in the corner4. Main server that served us, was absolutely rude. No manners at all.If you enjoy bad service with subpar food, then this would be the absolute perfect place to visit
