I was told to pull up and my food would be brought out to me. I waited 30 minutes and nobody had brought out my food. So I went inside to get a refund and my food wasn’t even being prepared. I would not go back.

I just finished working out at the Planet Fitness by the mall. I walked to the Wendy's by Planet Fitness to get a grilled Asiago chicken sandwich. The lady told me that they only have classic and the only thing grilled was the wraps. I asked again to confirm then she looked past me and took the order of the person behind me. I'm a trucker and was looking for a sandwich for my 3 hour drive. That's all.

Cashier didn't put napkins on bags, had to ask for them, didn't put condiments in bag had to ask for them, drink was over filled to where soda was leaking everywhere. Food was not as expected as far as taste. By the time I got home, the napkin was fully soaked with soda.

Horrible!!! I went there and placed an order at 9:23pm. I was told to pull up and they will bring my food out. At 9:37pm I go in and there are at least six people working and no one knows where my order is. After I told them that I ordered a #8 double, they were trying to tell me I didn't order a #8. Finally one of the workers gave me a sandwich and said "it's the same thing, but it's a triple. I get home and it's not the same damn thing. It's an entirely different sandwich from what I ordered. I'll be contacting the manager and corporate in the morning!

Ugh the number of times my mobile order mysteriously didn't go through to the restaurant but the transaction hit my account (to be refunded 3 days later) is absolutely astounding. And then have to place order in store (don't get any of the rewards discounts) or figure out something else to eat.

Not only did they get the order wrong and we had to wait longer than people who came in after us, it was cold. Also, after my husband told them it was wrong they had to see the receipt. The tables and floor were also sticky which we didn't notice until after ordering. We won't go back to this location.
How is it that this establishment? Never have respect paper and then ask the customer Would they like to take a picture with their cell phone? That's very unsafe and contaminating everything around The window So I say yes cause I wanted to see how this was going to turn help in. So be honest, it was a waste of time because nothing was on my phone. They're verified the price that I was being charged such a waste of time and employees. However, my food was good, and im cool

I went INSIDE & ordered for carryout. Ordered 2 single bacon cheeseburgers & a baconator (not son of). The 2 bacon cheeseburgers had NO bacon & the baconator is pathetically small with only 2 strips of bacon.I was home in less than 5 minutes & the burgers were cold.Absolutely AWFUL!

The staff was great, very efficient and the order was correct. The restaurant is in rough shape. Several seat cushions are ripped, the carpet is worn down and the restroom needs some help.
