Never got a receipt, waited 20 minutes to have someone bring our food out after being told to pull forward. Finally went in to get our order ourselves, and our food was just sitting on the counter. Cooks making the burgers were grabbing patties without gloves. There was food literally all over the floor as staff were stepping on the food when walking around. When asking the cook to please wear gloves when remaking our order, he scoffed and rolled his eyes. This Wendy's should be shut down as there were multiple upon multiples violations in health and safety codes (im quite familiar with these codes in my occupation of health and safety) I observed only being in the building for 10 minutes. Hands down the worst one I've ever seen.

This restaurant is very nice and quick; it is usually empty because of the chick-fil-a next to it, and the food is hot. The lady also gave me a discount on two combos. The service was nice, as she provided a cheaper meal for me and my mother.

I ordered the single combo with cheese. It was very poorly prepared. My hamburger was RAW! I returned it the next day and was told by the manager that my order could not be refunded, which I did not ask for. Nor did I want the meal replaced. I just wanted to return what was given to me. Wendy's has always had a reputation of serving freshly prepared food. They are failing Wendy's motto in a big way! And customer service at this restaurant is at an all time low!

Ordered a biggie bag and when I got home there was chicken nuggets and two orders of fries instead of the hamburger. I won't go there for a while especially without checking my order first.

Came at dinner on a weeknight. No meat prepared during rush hour. All the drink options were empty both for dine and drive thru.The bathrooms have mold and no running water. State department of Alabama should shut this place down.

Drive thru workers are unpleasant and unprofessional.It always seems it is an inconvenience to even give a receipt or getting your food correct.
Stopped for breakfast before getting on the road to my next work delivery and I should've just went across the street to Chik-fil-A like I started to. Decided to stop here because nobody was in line at the drive thru. I ordered the Maple Bacon Crossiant combo. My order wasn't repeated back to me, my potato wedges looked like they were cooked when they first opened up, the chicken patty was so hard I couldn't chew it, and I wasn't given a receipt. On top of that, the cashier was rolling her eyes like she had an attitude when i asked for my orange juice. Mind you it is not even 9a.m. I'll never come here again.

would have put 0 stars if I could have. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Management needs to be fired and the whole staff needs to be replaced. Especially whatever was serving us at the front.
