Great food. Bit rundown, no drink refills and they got my order wrong but the fries were crispy and the fried catfish was perfect. It's nice they have Lowrys at the counter to season your food to your liking with some more flavor but it would be better if the food was seasoned right out of the fryer instead of at the window.

Horrible service. They never answer the phone. Every time I order ahead online I always have to wait an extra 20 mins after I get there which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I literally watch 5 + cars in the drive thru pick up there order before I got mine. When you ask them questions they act like they can’t hear you and walk away.

A price of hair.....in my wings...no just...no. Then it was SILVER! They won't answer the phone bc they know when that phone ring..That means something wrong with the food.I wasn’t just on strain it was MULTIPLE!! At least put a hair net on. The fries… Tasted old smelled funny, do I need to go on? We had some tenders that I guess were cooked in bad grease. Y’all already know my rating- if I could I would put -1,2,3.Just horrible.When they close down….I’m not going to feel sorry for them…

The worst thing, making their own Ranch and not properly filling the "sauce cup"! The audacity to want to charge .50 for another ranch. Ordered 10pc combo.. I always admired this location.. But very disappointed !

Hot wings are to die for! The level of spice is wonderful and they aren't skimpy wit the sauce. The sauce also doubles as a good dip for your fries. My one and only issue is that they are short staffed so you'll be at the window and waiting while the cashier takes two or three more orders before ringing you up.

The patty was so thin and was disgusting! Definitely wasn't beef the meat was unseasoned and smelt old. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
