The worst management environment ever! You can’t keep workers because of how you talk to people. You have an overwhelming lack of knowledge, comprehension skills, and too many personal agendas due to insecurities and social anxiety! The best advice you could ever receive is check your records and see how your turn over rates are! You are intimidated by strength and those who take their jobs seriously by showing up! Mothers should not be on the clock with sons, and daughters!! If they are going to work for Zaxby’s they should not be under the same management and location! Montgomery suffers now because there is always someone who abuses their power in their position and always has to play monkey see monkey do! This location was a trap for my daughter from day one because management is lazy while plotting and scheming to affect the lives of law abiding citizens! My daughter has been counting large sums of money for years trusted with vaults, bank drops, and leadership not perfect but definitely not going to miss out on what God has for her fooling around with tacky idiots!! You couldn’t even give her a legitimate reason for her termination but carry on!! Your friendships are going to run Zaxby’s in the ground tuh! Already running these folks business in the ground like ungrateful ninjas do!! Pay attention!! Create a to do list for a safe, and friendly environment. 1. Hygiene should be enforced 2. Lead by example 3. Watch your words when talking to someone else’s minor children! This not only helps the atmosphere but it eliminates food from going to waste! No one wants to work or eat in a smelly toxic environment!

This place the worst. Ordered curbside pickup which said 5:45. Arrived at 5:40 and checked in. Finally went inside at 6:00. Food was all sitting in bags on the counter. Employees were just standing there talking and looked right at me and then continued talking with each other. When I asked one of them, they acted like it was a large inconvenience to hand me my food that had been sitting there.got home with everything and was milling all the sauces and salad dressings. Went back. Highly recommend never visiting this place.

Me and my family decided to eat here like we normally do occasionally and spent roughly $30! The food wasn’t that great compared to other times and the very next day me and my wife were extremely sick! I was throwing up none stop from midnight that evening until I went to urgent care and received treatment. I couldn’t keep anything down and was running a fever also with diarrhea! All this was definitely due to food poisoning. Me and my family will never be eating here again and I advise you all to avoid this place if possible!

This was the one on Taylor Rd. We ordered about 8:40 pm. Only the drive thru was open. The food was not as fresh as it usually is. The fries were old n The fingers were a little rubbery. I suggest not going there around closing hours!!.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of salads to choose from.

The manager must have quit cause that store is 0/10 now. Employees touching each other. No greetings to customers. Employee took 5 minutes to acknowledge me and said what you need. One of them said nothing to me but cheery greeting to the white man. I guess the GM only works days n the nights just go to the dogs
The worst Zaxby's I have ever witnessed. Ever. And I eat alot of Zaxby's.The only explanation I can manage is terrible management/ownership.Inventory control? Customer service? Consistency in food quality? Yeah--this location gets zero positive marks in these categories.How are you out of all salads at 5:30pm on a Tuesday night?Or even better--7:00pm on a Friday, you have a line wrapped around the building and you're walking up to every car in the drivethru letting them know you are out of chicken fingers.And the icing on the cake--the employees (in general, not all) DO NOT CARE! The attitude comes across very much that they feel the shortcomings and shortages are "not my problem." No apologies at all.No thanks. Guthrie's is open in Eastchase now.
