Zoe’s always seems overpriced but never disappoints. Unfortunately, they no longer serve lamb or salmon which really cuts down the menu! We both got the cauliflower rice bowls with grilled chicken which had lots of perfectly cooked chicken and great tzatziki! The chocolate chip cookie was really good too… soft and extra thick with mega chocolate chunks! Service was fast and everyone was super friendly!

Zoe's has been our family "go-to" dinner that everyone likes and is healthy.

Yummy food for a decent price. Cashier was very polite and service was great.

What is going on with this location?? My normal yummy grilled veggies were dry as the Sahara desert and had HUGE pieces of nasty cauliflower in it ??? (I did not ask for cauliflower by the way) I have only had one other unsatisfactory visit here, but this was just as concerning. Hopefully, things will get better.

Rude behavior. This is what we experienced. My husband and I went to Zoe's today (Saturday, August 20, around 2:20 PM. I had been a couple of times before. I never had strong feelings about it one way or the other, but I found myself liking the spinach rollup recently. This was his first time. WE WILL NOT GO BACK.He ordered some kind of pita sandwich with an extra side of tzatziki. I ordered the rollups with aioli dip and baked falafel. We waited 30 minutes for our food after ordering. This hasn't been a surprise lately. Everywhere we've gone seems to be short-staffed. Then, we saw someone leave with what I assume was a huge catering order. We figured this was reason for the long wait. Okay. That's fine, but then we started seeing people who had ordered after us receiving their food. That's when my husband got up and said something. Now, my husband it not afraid to complain, and I notoriously avoid confrontation, but I heard him talk to the cashier, and what he said was hardly disrespectful or rude. He brought up the fact that we had been waiting a while, and that the person who came in and ordered after us just received her food. The lady at the counter told him that she had an online order. My husband, always a straight shooter, told her that this was not true, that we were walking away as she was ordering. The woman then said she would bring the food right out. When she brought his food out, she threw it down on the table, not in front of him. He got up and asked to speak to the manager. Another lady behind the counter told him she would be there soon.Eventually, someone brought out my food. We received no aioli or extra tzatziki. The woman came up and asked we needed. He asked what was to be done about the server who threw the food down on our table. She then told him that he was rude, and she wasn't going to allow him to speak to her staff like that. She started telling him that they were working very hard to get a $1,000 order out and they didn't deserve his behavior. She mentioned the $1,000 twice within the exchange, at one point noting that they had to get it out in 15 minutes (I wondered why she made a big deal of the time when she couldn't get our small order out in 30 minutes). My husband informed her that the $1,000 order had nothing to do with us, and again his main question was what was going to be done about the woman who threw the plate on the table. He informed her that he didn't think he was being rude, and that the only one using any kind of aggressive tone. Her response was "Oh, okay. Thank you." At that point, I, the one who HATES confrontation, spoke up, and said, , "No, he is correct. You are being quite aggressive." Again, she said "Thank you," grabbed our number order plaque, and walked away. Now, I believe with all my heart that employees at a restaurant should not tolerate customer discourtesy, and I am all for managers sticking up for their staff, but I can honestly say that this was not what happened here. If it had been, I would have let my husband know that his behavior was uncalled for, and to let it go. That is pretty much my M.O. But all he did was point out a problem. We did not deserve to have our food thrown at us, or the ridiculous behavior from the manager. We don't believe we are entitled; we understood that there were extenuating circumstances at the time we were there. I understand that getting a big order in is stressful, but boy, if you are going to act that discourteous to your customers for pointing out an issue, maybe you shouldn't be in the food service biz.Incidentally, I only gave one star because they wouldn't post if I didn't. I really would have really liked to have chosen no stars for this review. I suppose the one forced star could be for the spinach roll up. It was very good. The baked falafel....not so much.

Terrible customer service. I have given this location over 4 attempts and every item I have placed an online order it is never on time. The workers in the back are constantly joking and apparently not taking the job serious to get the orders out in a timely manner. The cashier their had no sense of urgency and gave a very lazy attitude. I am done with this place unless they have a serious turn around. I hardly ever write reviews, but this is getting sad at this point.

Good food, tomato bisque is a little on the acidic side, for those that like that. Girlfriend got steak and shrimp kabobs and she said they were very good.

Clerk was trying hard but the 4 people in the kitchen were too consumed with looking at their phones to provide basic service to customers waiting an extraordinary long time for mediocre food.

So impressed! I'm from AZ. I was freezing cold, and just wanted chicken broth. The soup came with orzo & I am unable to eat that. Sky went above and beyond. She sifted out the vegetables and gave me just the broth. Thanks Sky!

This was my first time at Zoe's, I wish I read the reviews prior to entering this kitchen, this was a very poor representation of Mediterranean cuisine, the food was heated up (barely) in little 4oz containers, and was so dry,and did not look anything like the pics in the menu. The folks at the counter could also have been an indication that the food would be lacking in quality, they showed no enthusiasm or care for what they were doing.I do not blame the folks at the counter or what they are serving, but I hold the owner/managers at these stores, for running such a business, these complaints need to be addressed, the customers are your biggest sales representatives, this was a big waste of money, in these tough times to spend it on such hopeless food...

I used to visit the Zoes in Eastchase a good bit, but haven't been back for a couple of years until today. The restaurant felt like it was brand new. It was clean and the employees were very friendly, especially the new manager. The food was looked great and was delicious. I would highly recommend Zoe's if you are in the Eastchase area.

Waited 30 minutes for a hummus trio plate. Watched as everyone behind me was served. Terrible employees with extremely bad attitudes. No wonder this place is closing stores everyday. Won't ever return!
