The lady who took our order today couldn't be more unfriendly if she tried. The floors were very dirty (footprints everywhere), the men's bathroom was filthy (and smelled horrible), the women's bathroom was not working at all, the soup was cold and one of our four orders came out about 10 mins after the other three. Terrible experience here.

Food was delicious!! There is an option to sit outside or inside. I sat outside. The place was nice and clean. Service was great. Look forward to coming back !

Nobody at the store because it was 3 pm. I order a chicken sandwich with grilled vegetables and was told it would take 5 minutes. After waiting for about 15 minutes and watching the staff of 6 or 7 chatting as one of them was leaning his arms and head on the shelf where my food was going to come out of the kitchen, I decided to stand up and see what the holdup was. The cook sees me and then I realize he hasn't even started grilling my vegetables. The cashier was very pleasant and I got my food 20 minutes after ordering. Sandwich was cold and very salty. Vegetables were piping hot.

Called to place an order well before their advertised closing time, no answer. So I drove there thinking maybe they are just busy, nope.. they turned the lights off when I pulled up. This was at 8:39.. hopefully the owners will make some changes soon. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat

I ordered curbside pickup. You’re supposed to call when you arrive. I arrived at the estimated “ready time”. I called maybe 8 times and no one answered every time. After 15 minutes of waiting past the time it was supposed to be ready, I go in the building to pick it up. I wait another 5-10 minutes in there. Now, I do cut them slack because they seemed short-staffed and I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know how it is. However, I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just answered the phone and put me on hold or told me it would be a minute. Other than that, the food was pretty good and was accurate. The service wasn’t the best. I don’t recommend ordering curbside here or calling in an order.

I spent 40 minutes waiting for my food. When I finally stood up to ask the associates about it, one of the associates addressed me by apologizing and said that they were out of what I ordered and then proceeded to ask me if they can get me something else, so I said I needed my money back. My entire lunch break was spent waiting for food that no one cared to to tell me they were out of for 40 minutes. I love Zoes but I will not be returning to the Zelda Road location any time soon.

I just ordered steak and they were burnt and they pieced them together they were very nasty and the manager said that he didn't want to listen to me complaining about it the order that I was unhappy about. The food was nasty ? just like the Management
Horribly slow service despite placing an order over an hour befor pickup. Had to wait a whole hour after my pickup time then after waiting an hour they tell me they're out of the soup I ordered (which is fine but you could have told me before I waited this long) and they didn't even bother to tell me what other vegan substitutions I could get for the person I was ordering for, plus they didn't even bother telling me they were out of the second side that I had ordered. Staff was rude and unwilling to give me updates on my order status. Don't waste your time.

Waited 30 min for my meal. When it arrived my quinoa salad was made incorrectly and my falafel was under cooked(completely mush on the inside) love Zoe’s in general but the service at this one was not great.

This location really needs some help. Very evidently poorly managed. Slow service with lots of staff. Poor communication to customers. Drink/ self service area a mess and not restocked. I am not the only unhappy customer here right now....

Delicious food, cooked to perfection. Loved the Basil Pesto hummus. The pita bread was so soft and yummy! Turmeric rice & roasted veggies were awesome! Friendly staff and clean dining room. Limeade could use some sugar and there was no tea but overall a great experience!

I ordered the mediterranean chicken plate. It comes with 2 sides I picked the turmeric rice and the roasted vegetables. The mediterranean chicken was delicious and they added a grilled onions to the top.. The roasted vegetables were a mix of is remix of mushrooms broccoli and sliced carrots which were pretty flavourful.. The rice is really soft and complimented the chicken as well.
