Wait time in the drive thru is horrible, by the time we get our Frappuccinos, they've melted. Also, some things that we've wanted have been out of stock, and most of our drinks have tasted like there's absolutely no sweetener in it. Gave three stars because two of the times we've been there, stuff was actually good. It's just very inconsistent.

Such a crazy day on valentine's day but the staff was kind, got all the drinks out correctly, assisted with mistaken locations, and kept the drive through moving. While obviously stressed the staff was kind to each other and visitors. This location is a high traffic area and they rock everyday.
