This is probably the worst service you can get when it comes to pizza delivery.so I ordered 2 small pizzas at 7:30pm and about around 8:15 pm I get a phone call stating that my delivery is expected to be a hour and a half away.they then asked if I would just rather come pick it up! After I have already left a tip and been charged a delivery fee, and now you want me to come pick it up are you kidding me. If I wanted carry out I would have ordered carry out not delivery.on top of all that I did wait for my delivery being told that my pizza would be made fresh right before the longest delivery took place and keep in mind I’m only five minutes away from the store at the most and it took the driver 20 minutes to deliver it after he left the store and pizza was clearly not fresh and had been setting in the heated rack for a long time. By the time I received my food after ordering 2 and a half hours before it finally arrived to my door it was old and cold

Landon was awesome! We had 22 pizzas ordered right for when the store opened. He was working by himself and worked quickly to finish our order. The pizza was delicious too!

Pizzas always have air bubbles. And they took my reward points, charged me menu price for 1 pizza and said that made the other one free. I ordered 2 pizzas at 6.99 ea. charging 13 dollars for one and saying the other one is free is not a deal. I have 10 kids. So I was spending 100 or more every birthday party. Until I spent 90 dollars and paid extra for sauce that I had to ask for or I would’ve just paid for nothing. I also asked for a free sauce for the inconvenience and was denied. I wrote a email. It was never replied 2. All I ask is to be treated as a valued customer. My kids love pizza. But I won’t spend where there is no empathy. I’m still owed 60 reward points.Kid-friendliness: Some kids wont eat pizza with air pockets. And I’ve literally gotten a few pizzas that they wouldn’t eat.

I get dominos recently for the last few months almost once a week but lately it's been coming from this restaurant because I moved and it has made me stop wanting to eat it, the bread is always burnt and the pizza is always dry the stuffed bread is to greasy the wings I got two days ago barely had sauce on them. Don't get it here if you want pizza in Moulton go elsewhere.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly but this should be listed as select delivery since they don't deliver to the whole area. Ordered the special with 2 medium pepperoni pizzas, garlic bread, cinnamon bread and a 2 liter drink. the 2 sides were actually good but when we opened the pizza they looked like they were run over by a steam roller and had spices on it that shouldn't have been on them. Whatever happened to a simple pepperoni pizza had had decent rising crust? If your gonna criticize other pizza places at least do a good job on your own pizzas first. I can't in good faith, justify driving to a pizza delivery place to pick up pizzas from a pizza place that won't deliver only to be disappointed when we get em home. I will say good job on the cinnamon bread and the garlic bread though but the next time we get pizza it will be from someone else.

Been waiting for over 2 hours, still on the phone after calling 3 separate times, at this moment I'm 26 minutes waiting for someone to pick up on our 4th call. I just want to cancel my order at this point.

Whole order was wrong then a hour late and cold last time was supposed to give me back credit for the next time and here it is i paid another 50 again and the pizzas are half done
