This visit to McDonald's was a pleasant surprise. The food was hot and fresh. The service was top notch. Ive become accustomed to terrible service and even worse food... No matter which restaurant chain I'm at. But not this time. The management and crew better deserve a round of applause. ?
It's McDonald's. The food is pretty much the same at all McDonald's. But the Prattville McDonald's has a staff member I absolutely love. A shout out to Tasha Crawford. You go, girl!

My food was fresh and was good. The girl accidentally dropped my milkshake when she was bringing my order out and made sure I knew she was going to make another one. With the way some places are anymore I give them 5 stars for that and not just putting the lid back on and giving it to me.
